It won't win 400, but cyko winning the contest would be awesome. Oh right, the whole "multiple brackets" rule. Heh. I knew there was a reason people didn't jump on that comment. But yeah, it'll still be awesome just to see someone with L-Block as the winner in first place. As if they actually managed to predict this thing. |

The main problem with L-Block in the contest is that...Well I mean just
look. He's winning by more than 2500 (Last I checked) votes not even an
hour into the match. Now rallying is fine, but L-Block is clearly a joke character. Now when a joke character does this well in a contest, people from anywhere could be like "Oh L-Block is beating Link, I should vote for him too it'll be funny XDXD." I was gonna say more but I'm tired of talking about this. And honestly, I've said this before, but I'm not mad. I'm not even angry or annoyed. I'm pretty much left with, why? I just don't find L-Block winning funny. --- GameFAQs isn't going to be merged in with GameSpot or any other site. We're not going to strip out the soul of the site. -CJayC |

um... if I cared that much, I wouldn't have just shown up to the
match like 35 minutes late. you're exactly the type of person I'm
talking about. you take personal shots at people who don't support L.
guess what, people don't have to like the same thing as you, there's no
need to react the way you're reacting. I wouldn't be doing this if you weren't moaning and whining constantly about how horrible it is and how this hurts the credibility of this contest and all that crap. It's just pathetic that you can't just move on past this and accept that other people don't have to like the same thing you do. A large portion of the voters disagree with you, and it's quite sad you keep flaming them over and over just because things aren't going your way. Get over it. Hypocrite much? First tell me how those two comments contradict each other. By the way, you just typed 3 paragraphs regarding the contest and you're arguing with someone about said contest. I enjoy the contest. There's nothing wrong with enjoying it. I just don't see the point about crying when things don't go your way. L-Block is still bleeding, but it's being distributed far too evenly to give Link a shot. I think we should all contact Bacon and ask him for a traditional match between the top two. People are gonna call me a spoilsport for this, but I've always
preferred 1 on 1 to Four Way, since I think it just feels more epic,
and on some level, I'm happy for these results because after today I

Hmmm...L's first hour yesterday 46.41% and he stabilized around 32% in
the day. He's looking to be under that today, perhaps around 44-45%. L
stabilized at 32% in the day yesterday, but Link/Cloud/Snake are better
in the day than Snake/MC/Dante, even given MC's day vote. So L could
conceivably be pushed down to 28-30% during the day. Link should be at 26%, Cloud at 19%, and Snake at 11% at the end of the first hour, and by morning Link should be around that percentage. (Cloud and Snake probably get all of L-Block's percentage during the night.) L probably falls to 36% of the vote by morning - a 10% lead in this match at that time will amount to around 5000 votes. There will be at least 100k votes left. If Link gets 4% more of them than L-Block (32% to 26%)...he only makes up 4000 votes. | I guess if there's one good thing to come out of
this it's that people are probably going to more readily accept that
the NN and usual stats don't count in 4-way matches. So I guess you could look at it like L-block is destrying the credibility of THIS contest, but the regular one is still detached, a separate entity. This contest is like bizarro world.
