(But how the heck is BB beating Fox?) This is the early vote, the pic factor isn't NEARLY as apparent. We follow the contest, we know who BB is. --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

From Lieutenant Kettch I could actually see Sephy rising as far as last round. We're replacing 3 Nintendo characters with 2 Nintendo characters and Big Boss who'll die off soon enough. Can't see Sephiroth rising nearly that high this round. It may be two
Nintendo characters, but one of them is Mario. Probably a good bet to
put him around 45% by the end, which looks like right around

Most of the people near the top scored half points so only 6 people
fell off the Top 50 today. miniver, LeahTsu, MnMZero, EdBellis,
JonesSodaMastr2 and SirBinro did not have Cloud > Ryu as yesterday's
winners. 38 people on the Top 50 scored half points and survived. No, that won't happen, but he'll get 45% at least. I meant rise the same amount (10% or so), not rise to the same percentage. I think he could go for 47ish. |

Anyway, seeing as how this thing is over and we're in for 24 hours of
quiet time before the good stuff, I figure I'd post my Best Fictional
Character for you guys to predict. This is what I'm hoping we see
within the next 12 months, either right before or after another Games
Contest. If we make a good enough case for it to Bacon, I really can't
see why he won't do it. You'll notice that characters originating from comics, cartoons, and movies have pretty equal representation when compared to their gaming buddies. Also, if the gaming characters seem a bit bunched up in some areas of the bracket, just know that that was intentional on my part. At this point Cloud gained 4.4% and he was also rising a lot faster
than Sephiroth currently is. 45% seems pretty farfetched to me --- This story is not an end yet. Because only you are in the infinity loop. |

I hope Square-Enix goes out of business tomorrow, crushing all hopes of
a FF7 remake. Sephiroth is eventually kicked out of Clinkeroth and
replaced by Mega Man when he gets into Brawl and has his own
Metroid-style FPS that gets a multi-console release. Zero also guest

Seph not hitting 44%? He's hitting near-42% updates right now... I
certainly wouldn't put it out of the question seeing how he tends to

Actually... Mario is probably better with the first hour than any of
Cloud's opponents. Sephiroth could look good to surpass 44%. 45%

I don't think it's out of question that Sephiroth gets near 44%. He's
nearly got 41% during the power hour with Mario in the poll. Pretty

Cloud was also against Ocelot, Jill, Kefka and Ryu, 4 of the worst day
vote characters in contest history. Granted, Big Boss is guarenteed to
have an epicly bad day vote with that picture, but he doesn't have
