And yes, Mega Man does suck because Samus
didn't randomly gain a bunch of votes in the last few updates--she's
actually been quite consistent--it's Mega Man that's absolutely ****ing
up. Going from steady ~110 to ~85 to 64!? Jeez, Mega Man... what're you doing? Making my bracket look good, that's what! --- Metal Gear Solid OOOOWWWWWWNS! |

| I think Samus is in a very good position right
now. Mega Man hasn't been able to do much of anything, and losing the
lead he built up before isn't going to help him later today. Samus
isn't going to dominate the day vote or anything, but it should favor
her enough to put some good distance between her and Mega Man enough

The signs are pointing to Mega Man taking the day vote. He's gradually
doing worse as it gets later and later in the night, and he took the
first couple of hours which are most similar to the day vote, despite
Samus's big time bracket vote aid. That being said, even though I think it makes him look better to take the day vote, it's certainly not good that he's gradually doing worse. With Mega Man's tendency to crush a match's opening hours and bleed the
rest of the day, this one seems to be over. I'm damn thrilled that
Samus can do this despite what many feel are two handicaps, but I
realize this topic has a ton of MM fans, so I won't rub it in or

Megaman would take the day vote? I mean, he let Ryu from Street Fighter

What's that? King of SFF? No. That title always has and always will
belong/ed to Link. Mega Man has only ever SFF'd a Nintendo character
ONCE, and even then it was dubious. My winners and losers of round two: (Bold indicates big winner/loser.) Winners: Yoshi. Samus. Fenix.(Started out dead last, and turned it around, easily taking second.) Kefka.(Last or no, he did A LOT better this round, and that's WITH Cloud there. SFF resistance, I think.) Ryu SF. Big Boss. Mainly because of how much he flip-flopped after round one. He goes
from being almost as strong as the other three COMBINED to losing
handily to Riku. Also, yes it was expected AFTER THE BRACKET WAS

But it wasn't exactly an automatic win
for Ryu given that throwing a heavy hitter like Snake into the fray
would definitely eat away a good chunk of those votes. With a
relatively smaller amount of votes to work with, you shouldn't have
expected the Ryu - Riku/Roxas percentage relation to hold up exactly to
round 1. Especially with KH's core following on this site. That's the exact same reason why I took Vincent > Crono. Link's gonna hog so many of the votes that everything under him is fair game.
