Yay for L-Block. Yeah... can't say it's surprising, either, given I
expected pictures to cause its strength to vary greatly. I don't think
L-Blocks votes are hardcore or anything, though. I wouldn't L-Block a
joke character, but rather a CASUAL joke character. =P I'm pretty sure
Kratos is stronger than Kirby, given Kirby's SFF should cancel out a
lot of the Nintendo split that's hurting Kirby. --- "Ah, a party! We haven't had one of those. It could be fun! So...what is a party?" "Well, you drink punch and eat CAKE! ...I think." |

Ngamer That's just the thing though. If it's a joke everyone is in on... is it really a joke anymore? Just because people vote for L-Block with a smile on their face doesn't mean he's a joke ;) It's actually a complete joke to even try and call L-Block a joke character at this point. Again - joke nomination. Not joke character. King Morgoth Outside of the creepy yet awesome logic...isn't this the first time we have serious candidate to be the proverbial character-that-everyone-could-get-behind-and-push-much-farther-than-expected-just-because-it's-already-messed-up ? I'm pretty sure they have Wednesdays off. Saturday school is optional I
think, it's ethics and religion. More like parenting. Btw, Germans always get off at around 2PM :d They have school on Saturday for sure though. How many hours do you have per week in high school? Riku would get 90% of Roxas votes and 65% of Haseo's votes. That is a
fact. Plus I think Riku has a more hardcore fnbase. Snake SFFed Sora
and will probably do the same to Riku but expect Ryu to get hit with
SFF too. Then we see Lara place second on the match after. I hate Lara
as much as everyone here but it's quite clear she'll take advantage of

given I expected pictures to cause its strength to vary greatly Pretty much everyone expected L-block to be very pic sensitive, and we all thought it was screwed by that awful round 1 pic. But then I guess when it got 30%, much higher than expected, people thought maybe the pic didn't hurt it too much. I still thought this round's somewhat better pic would help him, but nowhere near this much of course. It indeed seems very likely that the brick pic did kill L-block's strength after all. I'm pretty sure Kratos is stronger than Kirby, given Kirby's SFF should cancel out a lot of the Nintendo split that's hurting Kirby. I'm not entirely sure what you're saying here, but I think that Kirby would almost certainly do better 1-on-1 against Kratos than this match implies. DK, and maybe L, are hurting him more than Kratos, even though he is SFFing DK heavily. I know Hayabusa is clearly stronger than Riku... but, I still have a feeling Riku places tomorrow. That's the thing about this contest. It can always surprise. And that would be just about the most WTF thing we've seen. Though, I do expect Riku to get 80% of Roxas' strength, and probably more of Haseo than Hayabusa does too. I hate Lara as much as everyone here but it's quite clear she'll take advantage of the siuation she is in. I expect Lara to do poorly actually. I think she'd do worse than last round relative to Sora if it wasn't for the massive LFF going on. As is, she'll do a lot better relative to Sora (and if it's Sora who bears the brunt of the SFF, she might finish above him, though only an outside shot of that). Also, could you make a case for the Division 7 Finals of what's likely
going to be Kratos/L-Block/Snake/Ryu H that all three of those
characters will have some crazy Action Character LFF going on allowing

Today's match is awesome, for all the wrong reasons. This L-Block picture factor talk is making me want to hurt somebody. Why? We've already seen the power of a good match pic once this round. Hell, if next round is the sprite round...I could almost see L-Block taking first. I'd even make it a bold prediction if it weren't an if/then statement. |

Only ones to pick L-Block were transience and Heroic Mario. Though a couple of others had their doubts. And L-Block beating Snake all depends on how loyal this fanbase is. Its percentage has barely dropped since last round, and it's the first character (...that feels wrong somehow...) to lose to a character in round one, then beat that character in round two. L-Block > Snake is pretty unlikely, but I really do think it's possible. Sorry if that makes me too much of a n00b, but that's just how I see it. |
