I could see that, I suppose. If I understand the concept correctly,
SFF (or rSFF) isn't supposed to happen as much if the characters are
roughly equal to begin with (Cloud/Sephiroth '03, for example). I had a
hard time believing Tidus and Vivi were near-equals after round 1, but
with Pikachu getting a decisive win over both of them it would actually
seem pretty likely. Yeah, I really think they are nearly equal now. Vivi > Tidus, but not by nearly as much as people were thinking. --- Official Queen ***** of the Universe! Political Compass: -0.38, -4.21 |

I knew Black Turtle wouldn't be one of my favorites when he started bad
mouthing Eddie Guerrero about a week after he died. Call me a dumb
wrestling fan all you like, but yeah, perfect way to earn yourself a

I don't think Vivi is SFFable. Vivi would certainly hold up better on
Squall than Tidus but in true power they seem near equals going off
this. --- Demyx is better than Axel. |

If Ada had advanced last round, we would definitely have seen Pikachu
advancing all the way to round four. She only would have had to sap 20%
of Leon's votes, which would be likely, to make him on par with
Pikachu, and then Dante would sap just enough more from the Capcom

Hmmmmm.... how strong would Jigglypuff be, x-stats-wise (it's a shame
Bidoof and Mudkip made it instead)? I'd be interested in your opinions

I don't think most of us hate pokemon. I just had no idea Pikachu had actual fans. I suppose I should've given Pikachu more thought after boosting Master Chief so much in this format due to the lack of anti-votes. Pikachu obviously receives far more, I just didn't think he had a solid enough following to capitalize on it. |

I don't think Vivi is SFFable. Vivi would certainly hold up better

Jigglypuff *does* have SSB/M, but... I don't really think we need to
see her. She'd be better than fodder, but if we must have another

offense thousands of times over. Uhhh my first interaction with BT involved him losing his sig to me over Celes/Boss, and I didn't bring the dang thing up once. I also remember someone stalking me from another board on that match and telling me I was a loser and waste of space for having The Boss > Celes... good times. ... oh screw it I CALLED THE BOSS > CELES SUCK IT ALL OF YOU --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario.
