It's funny how Bidoof can advance past the first round and lead Vincent
for an hour with Link in the poll, yet Mewtwo couldn't lead Bowser for
a minute with Toad in the poll. Mudkip has the potential to advance a
second round and Pikachu could too after winning a poll over
Tidus...but Mewtwo had to be royally ****ed. Mewtwo's a victim of circumstances. If it wasn't for logic, I would think Mewtwo was being over-rated in comparison to these other Poke-jobbers! I still have to occasionally wonder if Mewtwo is indirectly far-and-away better than the other Pokemon though, or if it would only be proven in a direct match-up. Here's my thought-process: if Mudkip doesn't advance, Ganon > Luigi. If Mudkip does advance, Luigi > Mudkip. I figure if Mudkip gets THAT many votes, it's going to be because Ganon's fans aren't going to stay that loyal to him. I would take Ganon head to head against Luigi and I have Ganon > Luigi in this round, but I don't like his chances against Luigi if it comes down to a smaller pool of Nintendo fans that don't vote for Mudkip. Everyone in this topic (Incluidng me) thought he'd get 51-53%. What is this "everyone"? There were several people, me included, who anticipated Cloud's performance. Not bragging (because considering today's crappy prediction...), just pointing out that if you take Kefka into account, it's not so surprising at all that Cloud did well. Bidoof is really collapsing. He's getting less this hour so far than he
did in his first match despite a stronger start WITHOUT 4chan. That

I seriously cannot wait until Ganondorf beats Luigi to hush all the Ganondorf doubters. just pointing out that if you take Kefka into account, it's not so surprising at all that Cloud did well. Kefka avoided all SFF... either that, or the SFF canceled out with Kefka's hardcore fans. Kefka probably hurt Cloud slightly, if anything. Sephiroth, on the other hand...wtf. Fox collapsed like a house of cards in a hurricane. Nah. Fox just has SFFing power. He collapsed equally as hard as Wario, so it all made sense in the end. --- "Ah, a party! In his last match, Bidoof lost >12% between 3am and the end of the
poll. He could easily end up somewhere around 10% (i.e. the sanity of

Looks like Link may salvage a somewhat within expectation finish by the
end of the match. Although it looks like Vincent isn't really moving up

Personally I think Cloud SFFed all three of them in a way. Kefka
through FF, Ocelot through the weird FF7/MGS thing, and Marcus Fenix
just having a fickle casual fanbase ala Diablo. Not that much, but a

I think that match is going to be nowhere near close, and this goes further to show that it's really just Link that hurts other Zelda characters this badly and not Ganondorf being a chump. Kefka avoided all SFF... either that, or the SFF canceled out with Kefka's hardcore fans. Kefka probably hurt Cloud slightly, if anything. I think you're underestimating what Kefka would have gotten without SFF with Cloud. He'd have been much closer to Ocelot. There was definitely some SFF going on - not anywhere near on the level of this match, but enough to push Cloud up almost 2%, I think. The rest was all Cloud; he was guaranteed 53%ish without SFF anyway. Nah. Fox just has SFFing power. He collapsed equally as hard as Wario, so it all made sense in the end. I dunno, Wario ended up about where I expected him to - he was never going to get >10%. But Fox was acting like he hadn't improved at all since '04 (which I guess is possible, I'm not saying Sephiroth rose, just that his percentage was surprising to me). --- Official Queen ***** of the Universe! they're both taking turns gangbanging Bidoof's percentage. by the time
the true night rolls around, Vincent probably goes back to dominating

You know, as bad as Zelda is doing here, she's holding up better than
Ganondorf did. It's a multiway poll and there's other random factors to

Well in order to be doing worse she'd need under 6.5% I mean no matter
how bad you get SFFed, there's got to be a minimum for characters with

UGH!!!! Can someone remind me again which colors mean what on the brackets. I know that they pertain to wheather you gotthe winners 1st and 2nd place order right, or totally got the winners wrong altogether, but what does each color mean? --- Signatures are lame cause too many people quote others liek they are that person... |

I'm starting to think that Sephiroth has a great chance to upset Link
in one round if Crono wins over Vincent. Link has Mario that will take
away about 10% away from him, and Crono is more likely to hurt Link
than Seph. Not that it matters, since Link will still advance in that

Look at any previous contest. The final winner has NEVER given reason

Vincents deficit EVERY FIVE MINUTES. At this rate he'll have 48%+%

quick. Plus, Snake raped Cloud in the Battle Royale last year WITH
Brawl. If he's in the final again this year, not even Sonic's scraps

Uh, why are people downplaying Link's domination. The only reason Link
doesn't look as impressive is because of Bidoof. His real test comes
