Explain your reasoning. If you're talking about the cheating scale estimate, I don't remember what the data was actually. But I remember it being fairly clear-cut, though my estimate was a wide range. And what happened the rest of the day basically confirmed it of course, as Bidoof was way worse. If you're talking about running out of proxies, I think there's a practical limit of maybe 4K or so votes than can be proxy stuffed in a match. (the stats topic is so weird to read when half of what I see are reactions to what I can't see!) Bidoof leading? Blah blah travesty and whatnot, but Vincent is turning it around here. I'd like to know what kind of protections are even in place to stop stuffing, if any (then again, so would many prospective stuffers I bet). Considering the 'hands-free' attitude Bacon has taken with this contest and the fact that we get just about zero feedback in the closest of affairs - THE closest of affairs this contest, heh... it leaves me feeling a bit bereft. That being said, the exact same thing was said last round, and Bidoof is doing the same thing except Edgeworth/Agent J have been replaced with Vincent/SFFed Zelda... and I don't think the answer lies in any kind of Vincent weakness or whatever some transparent arguments may be trying to debate. Part of that is that Bidoof has a *much* closer fight for second, of course... but the rest is simply speculation. If the power of 4chan is so potent, what stops it from upending Link? --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

full force. I think 4chan's goal is to make this contest a sham, so
they rally Bidoof harder than anything else. I highly doubt they'll go

I don't really understand why anybody would waste their time trying to
stuff for Bidoof in a match he can't win. I mean, that's like, actual effort right? Such a waste. Not that this is definitely stuffing, but it seems likely that at least a few hundred of these votes are stuffed. That's what's keeping both Link and Vincent deflated (Zelda is so low it doesn't affect her much). Link isn't looking worse than Vincent, but he is looking about as bad. That's why I'm not overly concerned for Vincent. They'll both do well in the day. Vincent's not going to look great here, as 30% seems out of the question. Yeah, Vincent won't get 30, but Link sure as heck won't get 50. Bidoof
only has so much percentage to give around. The fact that he'll almost

leaves me feeling a bit bereft. Yeah, this is an "anything goes" contest basically. If the power of 4chan is so potent, what stops it from upending Link? I just thought that Bidoof would get hurt by the presence of actual
strength here, but apparently it's as many have speculated - in a
format like this, joke character percentage seems to be rather
untouchable once you hit a certain point. Put Bidoof in a one-on-one
against Link in the beginning of this contest and he likely amounts to
little more than a Nidoran F. Now with that out of the way - Zelda is getting annihilated. No way I buy into any argument that she's hurting Link here, and if anything she may only be helping. She'd lose to Speck of Dust at this rate, and how. --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |
