Never has an inequality been so satisfying. Needs more Phoenix at the beginning though --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

we need a factor for MGS characters. their power fluctuates so much depending on match pics. solid snake>sprite snake young ocelot>ocelot naked snake>big boss this is proof enough. --- Rufus shinra destroyed my bracket in the sc2k6 contest. |

| Better against Sub Zero. Dunno if he'll get much
higher than the same percentage, depends on how Gordon and Duke do

Mario just keeps giving me more reasons to hate him... Phoenix is sucking it up here. This is pretty disappointing for him. I thought he'd be running with Big Boss and Magus for the first 30 minutes. Sonic doesn't *need* to benefit as much as Snake though. I mean, he was
clearly above him in both 2k4 and 2k5. well, maybe not clearly in 2k5,
but 2k4, absolutely. a decent boost is really all he needs to compete
with Snake (55-45 isn't THAT much of a blowout), and god knows Smash
offers that. I mean, Smash pushed Ike to what looked like fodder line
levels. who the hell is Ike????? --- SERIOUS REMINDER: vote for Vivi. "All I can do... is just sit with them." |

I still don't think the boost will be as big as Snake's. Before that,
aside from the Twin Snakes and the old games, Snake had virtually no
connection with the Nintendo fanbase, so such an out of left field
announcement, combined with the fact it was a huge announcement in a
game conference would be more impactive on the crowd. Sonic, meanwhile, has been interlocked with Nintendo these last few years as is already. And it wasn't as "shocking" an announcement as Sanke's, so I don't think it will be as big. I, of course, could be wrong. Comparing Big Boss to how he did last round three hours in, Big Boss is
doing a bit better today. Poor Phoenix... he'll probably drop to like
11% in the day. As I suspected, it looks like his fans aren't too
dilligent (actually, I think true PW fans are dilligent... just that PW
rides off of name recognition). I can't say I'm surprised by today's performance in the least.... --- "Ah, a party! We haven't had one of those. It could be fun! So...what is a party?" "Well, you drink punch and eat CAKE! ...I think." |

The only way in hell Cloud will never beat Link again is if a PS3
remake of FF7 is released the day of his match, the PS3 has a like 300

Sonic to boost ahead of Snake and Samus. book it Keep in mind that Snake was faltering badly before the Brawl Boost. He was looking more vulnerable than any noble has looked ever. At least this confirms that Sonic is a lock for the finals and that he
will forever be ahead of Crono.. With this, Mario VS Sonic and the RPG
game developed by Bioware, Sonic could be a threat to his long rival

Wow Magus, I can't help but think back to when the N9 was first created
& people wanted to group him along with them & Sonic &

Wow. Perhaps one of the biggest upsets in the whole contest is
happening right now and no one is paying attention because Sonic is in
Brawl. Oh, and the game might be delayed (TBD). Let's just hope we
