Well not far harder. In those 10 minutes Ryu was beating him by 6% as opposed to the 8% in the night. Of course Bowser recovered so all is well --- This story is not an end yet. Because only you are in the infinity loop. |

Feeling a lot better about Ryu now then I was last night... wasn't
thinking about it being a holiday for the majority of schools in
America, so if anything we would have more of a weekend trend. I sucked
it up in Round 1, thanks to the fodderfest matches... I seriously could
not get one right, other than Bidoof. Thankfully my Round 2 has been

| Yeah, I don't see Bowser coming back from this.
The ASV will be weaker today (though maybe a little more than weekend
levels), and Auron's not shabby with the ASV anyway, so Bowser's not

it wasn't really directed at you but the entire stats topic...
seriously i had no idea why people were calling it last night like
that, it's as if people forget how horrible Ryu is. He could still
potentially win this one easily, but I have no idea why people were

Just a thought, Axel would beat Frog one on one, right? The thing about
his comeback was that Samus was there, soaking up a lot of the day vote

well, it wasn't so much Ryu as the fact that Bowser isn't your typical
Nintendo character. he's not the type to make up 2,000 votes, and I
thought Ryu would stretch the lead out more in the dead hours after the

Bowser's chances are still terribly slim. If he comes back I'll be

Just a few thoughts on this match assuming Ryu advances: 1) There goes my bracket. I have Bowser to round 4, and I have Mega Man advancing with Cloud there due to Nintendo SFF between King Koopa and Smaus. Whoops 2) Auron dominating this hard means he could potentially advance to round 4. What if he and Cloud SFF eachother enough that Samus takes first, or even both Samus and Mega Man advancing? 3) With no Cloud to hold him back, and the possibility of both Samus AND Mario in the poll, could Link come second to Sephiroth in that round? That would be Mega Man and Samus with Link, not Mario. But as awesome
as that outcome would be, I'd see Ryu or Auron taking second over MM +

It's Columbus Day, so no school today for a lot of people. The votals
were a lot higher than a normal weekday before 3pm. If Columbus Day is
more of an east coast thing as was suspected (I really have no clue),

Yeah, but at least I didn't pick Cloud > Link for the final. Losing 64 points would suck. The way I see it, here is the worst-case scenario for Cloud, assuming a strong Auron: Cloud/Marcus/Auron/(Bowser/Ryu): Cloud > Auron Samus/Mega Man/Cloud/Auron: Samus > Cloud And from there on, everything goes back to normal with Link > Cloud. I think Columbus day was pretty irrelevant, Shadow is boosting and Ryu
is dropping. Bowser just can't do anything as usual and Auron isn't
