10 people fell off the Top 50 today. Starwind40k, Tediz247, SirBinro,
alphawindow, PSU_Jer, LeonhartFour, BigDMan08, warrant6767,
Brian_Dahlquist and Correct did not have Cloud > Fenix as
yesterday's winners. 21 people score half points but stayed on the Top 50. THEVinceYoung, lil_leftee, E_Gadd, TacoAssassin, Henotheist, dedbus, Naveplayer, Esperwolf, alpha_door, Jonas_Wepeel, Xene_Elk, jumpers123, The_Dealer_7, cuninj4, EnochCamas, TexasAggie, bogalx, AmazingKirby, TheKnightOfNee, WhyBanTheKitty and syntaxerror7 also did not have Cloud > Fenix as yesterday's winners. --- "Those whose memories fade seek to carve them in their hearts..." If Ryu beats out Bowser comfortably, I'd put him as the favorite for
second in the next round. He's proving to have much more rock-solid

second in the next round. He's proving to have much more rock-solid

Yeah, I'm kind of glad SBAllen decided to do this contest this way, if
only becuase it's so much more interesting and we DON'T have an
accurate read of all the characters anymore. There's so many variables,
anything might happen. I'd say this contest is one of the best, up

Link was hampered by stupid joke voting and an early percentage battle
between complete weaklings. If one were to replace Bidoof with a much
stronger Nintendo character like Yoshi, thereby eliminating all joke
votes, bracket voting, and rallying, Link could have very well finished
with a similar percentage. He certainly wouldn't lose more than a

Guh. I just looked at my bracket and suddenly I'm wondering if I was
drinking when I made it. I mean, going into this, I KNEW Auron would
win this match, yet I have...Bowser>Ryu? Hell, I knew Ryu would win
last round due to the SFF/LFF, but I didn't think to put that in...I'm
confused at myself. Had I actually thought about things properly
instead of just going "lol buttons whee" I would be doing great, as
most matches have gone as I thought. I either was drunk when

Considering Ryu's a lock to win at this point it should --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

I'd call the Pokemon stars of the round, honestly. Agreed. If you had to pick an actual group of characters as the best performers, the only ones who challenge the Pokemon are the MGS guys, and I personally don't think it's that close. The bracket has four Pokemon. Three of them were in debated matches, and all three of them not only won, but kicked complete ass along the way. Ganon lost to Vincent, what makes you think Zelda won't? Midna - She sucked Ness - He's an SSB avatar, did people really put him over ALUCARD and LIQUID SNAKE? Link - Yeah, no. Tingle - Met expecations. Honestly, nobody expects anything out of TINGLE. Wario - He did worse than expected Peach - She sucked it up Ike - He's a cult RPG character, nobody expects anything out of him. Marth - He's an SSB avatar, and he kept clost to DK. Met expectations.
