I was almost certain Ryu held the lead on Sonic for a while as well... --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

Good thing I picked Frog to place second instead of Midna next round.
At least there's HOPE that it might happen. Scorpion looked pretty
beastly, though. Looking at my round two picks...eh, not half bad. I went with Cloud>Ocelot, so I can hope Marcus aint THAT strong, might be able to pick up four missing points there. Sephy over Wario was a bad move. MC>Alucard is meh. Dante>Balthier is meh but then I put Snake>Ryu H. The thing about Sonic's performance here is that I don't think it means
too much for him in terms of actual strength, I had my misgivings about
him in this format from the beginning (that 2k6 pre-contest poll
correlated VERY well to Snake...). That being said, this contest IS the
format, so depending on where he finishes he might become the NN
whipping boy this year. --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

In a four-way? ...Crono > Mario. Barely, but I think Mega Man and Sonic have too much more potential overlap/drain on the plumber. --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

Might as well post this again: Mario/Crono/Sonic/Mega Man Let's see some predictions! Crono > Mario, probably. Mega Man stands no chance thanks to SFF/LFF, Sonic sucks in this format (and also gets LFF/SFF'd by Mario?), and Mario suffers LFF. Mario > Crono is also possible, though. --- Rapid analysis, accurate judgment, and superb powers of concentration. That is all we need. |
