He wasn't in the main game; just a few of the bonus modes. But man oh man did he ever KICK ASS ASS ASS. WITH AXE KICKS. Wait wait wait wait. Wesker was in Resident Evil 4? The game that's doing so good this contest? And yet no one mentioned this as helping him out before...? People did that in the Villains Contest... prior to Wesker getting 70-30'd by Kefka. Wesker's role in RE4 is close to nonexistent unless you're a hardcore RE fanboy who really delves into it... or if you play a lot of Mercs. --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

Uh, I made a topic about it a few weeks ago. I thought Wesker would get a boost from his 2 awesome attacks ALONE (He is playable). What does "side game" mean here though? It's an unlockable that's only available after you beat the game. You kill lots of things in a certain time limit with one of four characters. Wesker is one of the four. --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

What does "side game" mean here though? Mercenaries is unlocked after beating the game once. Even then, Wesker has to be unlocked within mercenaries by scoring 30,000 points on a certain stage. That's not something you can manage in just 1 or 2 tries. In other words, someone would had to have practically wanted to play RE4 to completion if they wanted to play as him there. He also makes occasional and brief appearances in Separate Ways, the Ada story path that is unlocked after beating the game once --- This story is not an end yet. Because only you are in the infinity loop. |

I always I would wait until round 2 before passing judgement on Balthier. But I don't get it. This is more than 2 years after RE4, how is Wesker boosting now of all times? Keep in mind that I'm 0/4 so far in matches where I'm just short of the
leaderboard. I have Sora > Wesker, my alt bracket is at 88 right
now. Obviously too early to call anything yet, but I'm liking this

You kill lots of things in a certain time limit with one of four
characters. Wesker is one of the four. Hmmm...normally I wouldn't expect something that you need to beat the game for to have an impact. But, this is GameFAQs after all.
