...Am I the only one who thought Kratos looked a bit feminine at first? Kratos in Round 4 is hardly a 'Dark Horse' pick. While Kirby does have
(baffling) near-unanimous support, nearly everyone would have agreed
Kratos had more than a decent shot at making it out of the division -
it's just that Snake and Riku being there make Kirby stand out a LOT as
the lone Nintendo character. If Kratos is strong enough it won't
matter, but that was up in the air. Of course, the ridiculous aspect to BT comes in when he argues that it's not going to happen because of Kratos being strong or more independent than most give him credit for, but because Snake is going to SFF Kirby! (oh man I wonder why no one gives BT credit for his picks) --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

It's not as... vibrant as his pictures usually are, but that's still
very recognizably Kratos. And judging from all the blood, he should
have the casuals eating out of his hand as much as he ever has. --- Samus 2K5 is horribly underrated, and is indirectly stronger than Mario. KHF sucks and never existed either, much like my package. |

He's a high midcarder, and has reason to boost significantly since last year. I would expect him to score at least 46% if he were to face Ryu again this year. He's my fifth and final dark horse to appear in the first round. Marth The Fire Emblem character hopes to ride his high tiering in SSBM to victory over DK. Hopes being the key word. Prince of all Cosmos King was fodder, Prince will be just as bad if not worse. Predictions: Consensus here is Kratos > DK, simply because even if DK was as strong as Kratos, he has Marth there sucking away some of his votes. Tomorrow, Kratos gets to prove his mettle after recieving the critically acclaimed, and extremely popular sequel, God of War 2. And seeing Master Chief and Marcus Fenix impress earlier this round cements my faith that Kratos takes first here and in round 2. DK seems the clear choice for second place, but we all know how he loves to choke matches he has no right to be choking in, and this set-up is perfect for him to choke big time. I still have faith the big ape can pull it off. All of his losses were at the hands of iconic characters (Mario, Master Chief, Vivi's black maginess), and with Marth only being known for his SSBM appearance, I think DK has enough to pull this off comfortably. TuRtLe's Prediction: Kratos 35%, Donkey Kong 31%, Marth 21%, Prince of All Cosmos 13% TuRtLe's Bracket: Kratos > DK TuRtLe's Vote: DK TuRtLe ~~~ 71/96 in the contest. That Kratos pic isn't the best he could have gotten (he's got much

What's up with Prince too, he's camouflaged in the background. You're right, that's not a great job on the pic there. Bad Photoshop fundamentals! :) Anyone else think that PocA could be weaker than KoaC?
