KB, the way Snake acted last year, he was basically half-Nintendo. I think my logic when making my bracket was the Nintendo part of Snake would SFF Kirby. Provided Pikachu holds his lead over Tidus and next round goes Leon

Vivi. If Vivi and Tidus SFF each other and the split is even remotely even, then we should see Leon > Pikachu (or vice versa). Then, for round three, we're looking at either Dante > Amaterasu, Ada, or Balthier. If Amaterasu's fourpack was full of fodder (Little Mac and Matt...), and Ada > Balthier truly is legit and follows into the next round, then we'll have: Dante, Ada, Leon, Pikachu. If Leon and Ada split even a little, and Leon suffers some votes from Dante's inclusion as well (they're both Capcom, they have similar attitudes and are both gun-wielding bad-asses, and I could see the DMC and RE series being fairly split amongst the casuals), then is it possible that Pikachu makes it to round four? I know it's entirely unexpected, and it's not by any stretch of the imagination the most logical course of events (necessarily), but the question is: is it feasible? I can't imagine anyone being able to rule it out with absolute certainty, because most people who will be weighing in here won't have expected Pikachu to have even made it this far (over Tidus, that is). --- Upon having Rosie O'Donnell corner him in the forest, the pizza delivery man knew how a Goomba felt when Mario got a star. ~ SSJ3 Popo |

I can't see Pikachu in round 4. Leon is a high midcarder, as opposed to Vivi and Tidus being middle of the pack. Unless Pikachu is now on par to give people like Knuckles a run for their money... Wow, Pikachu leading the FFX main character. Isaac ahead of Serge
(which just proves the Chrono Trigger love does not extend to CC in any
important manner, and that Golden Sun is one of the more memorable GBA

I don't understand why people talk about SFF and rSFF with Snake in
these matches... I mean, obviously he'll split some votes because of
his SSB:B appearance, but will any of the people who previous voted for
him over Kirby really choose not to vote for him now because he is put
into a new, high profile game? If anything it seems like it would help
him, and he'll siphon away votes from Kirby that he previously wouldn't
have garnered, and will thus be a legitimate threat to Sonic for taking
first. In fact, I could see Kirby stealing more of Sonic's votes than Snake's. They're both rather "old school" and popular among the "hardcore" gaming market of Nintendo/SEGA fans. Snake should be the one doing the stealing from Kirby.
