Actually Zidane was SFF badly by Crono and Zidane is actually stronger than Sephiroth. The only problem is we've seen Zidane get the utter crap beat out of him by low midcarders. Maybe not to the degree you think I'm thinking, but I seriously think
Ada got SFFd last year. You have to have at least some measure of
strength to triple somebody, even if that somebody is basically

Nothing FFVII related popped up...it was just a rumor that got inflated
by fanboys and the Crisis Core release hype. Square isnt stupid, they

4.5 million in the U.S. alone. That's not just amazing, that's
comparable to the original Halo. Man, if we would have all just figured
that out, there would have been a lot more Marcus > Kefka love. After Master Chief's beatings at the hands of Sub-Zero, I think equating Marcus to MC wouldn't have really created that much love for that pick. I never understood how so much of the board had Kefka winning there. I
mean, it's Kefka. If he can lose to Tommy Vercetti 2 years after Vice
City, he can definitely lose to Marcus Fenix less than 1 year after

This is shocking. If Ada can advance here, what's to stop her from
advancing to round three? And if she makes it to round three, she would
split votes with Leon, sabotaging his chances and perhaps allowing
Vivi/Tidus to advance. On the other hand if Ada has spiked, Leon has

And no its nowhere near either Halo...Halo beats that by around 2
million and Halo 2 beats Halo 1 by nearly 2 million as well....it also
has a much better online component than Gears and I think currently

Why are people saying Ada is stronger? There is a much simpler explanation. Balthier is terrible @ contests. Don't get me wrong, I loved the guy in 12, but this only proves how little he is loved overall. This is ridiculous. Anyways, I'm just glad that so few people will have got the one correct I wont fall far -.-, its still very dumb though. --- Eff Dee |

Gears definitely sold a lot faster than Halo though (probably more by
now than Halo had by the first time we saw Master Chief), and will

No it wont...Halo 1 sold throughout the lifetime of the Xbox, it was
always ont he Xbox NPD charts...Gears is probably a very frontloaded
game and will be replaced by Halo 3, CoD 4 or its own sequel...its not

I want to see how Ada does next round before commenting on Ada vs Zidane. I'm going to agree. We very well could be underestimating her. Still...I'm about THIS close to calling FFXII the weakest FF past 6 that's not 11. So, in summation, the Female Bracket has screwed almost everybody. First people overestimating Zelda and Yuna, and then people underestimating Ada. Actually kept selling far better than it should have after Halo 2 came
out...and it never dropped below $30 like Halo 2 and SSBM...I remember

Ok, stupid question here: Is it possible that Balthier can advance to Round Three, even if he loses today? Thinking of it, could there be some sort of Capcom/Cool SFF between Dante and Ada? Also, with potential SFF between Balthier and Jade, that might be enough to boost Balthier, who would hold the Square/RPG vote, and could this push him to finish ahead of Ada and Ammy? I would assume Balthier and Ada are both stronger than Matt and Mike (and that Ada isn't as weak as her performance on Samus indicated), and that the vote totals of Dante and Ammy would come down, but still, a 20-25% performance could be victory for one of them. |

Oh its should. I tried to make sense of it, trying to think Samus was
getting the same treatment within the female side of the bracket that
Sephiroth was getting in the VC. ...But then she looks to have

Well...Balthier should at least be proud he's got a 2000 vote lead over
Frank, so any weird Marcus like behavior after school that could happen
