I really don't know about that... I've asked this before, but it bears repeating... when was the last time a board favorite didn't prevail in a nailbiter? and if you think it would have gone down to the wire anyway, then you probably don't think the number of rallied votes is all that great anyway, so what are we arguing over, 50 votes? If it's a good deal more than that, than this wouldn't have been a match anyway, or at least the margin would be just as great. There's no way of knowing in this match up to now - Alucard could easily end with a margin of 100 votes over Liquid or so - but the fact is that anything with a margin within that can be easily influenced by rallying, especially given the format. It only makes the match look "interesting" from a superficial perspective, I'll give you my sig if Liquid comes back from this. --- delicious cats Commit it to memory. |
