Bonus points for Leon! Kingdom Hearts/SoulCalibur's final tally was
1088 in favour of KH. And, as I recall, StarCraft had a pretty
significant number of obvious cheat votes, which might have bumped the

Once we post there as anonymous, we have become one of them, so they won't know whether you are from GF or not (I think that's how it works..). fedor was a troll with a perfect bracket in 2005. he was extremely loud
and in-your-face like this dude is, and when he lost his perfect
bracket, he was pretty much never seen again. he came back, used a

Match XVII: Luigi vs Mudkip vs Pit vs Tingle Information Name: Luigi Game/Series From: Mario series Past Contests: CB2k3, CB2k4, CB2k5, CB2k6 Wins: Ratchet (2k3), Pac-Man (2k4), KOS-MOS (2k5), Zero (2k6), Kirby (2k6) Losses: Squall (2k3), Yoshi (2k4), Tifa (2k5), Sonic (2k6) Name: Mudkip Game/Series From: Pokemon series Past Contests: None Wins: N/A Losses: N/A Name: Pit Game/Series From: Kid Icarus Past Contests: None Wins: N/A Losses: N/A Name: Tingle Game/Series From: The Legend of Zelda series Past Contests: CB2k6 Wins: None Losses: Sora (2k6) Analysis This is the second all Nintendo match of the contest. Also this match will probably be ultimately decided from outside help. While one of the characters is pretty much a lock for first second is very debatable. We have one character that is pretty much only here because of a fad, a character that should’ve waited a year before entering the contest and a Zelda character that almost nobody likes. Luigi is the character that is going to win. He may have started as a mid-carder, but ever since 2005 he has been pushing to be in the ranks of a near-elite. With this being an all Nintendo match could Luigi benefit from SFF his opponents? I don’t think he’ll gain much from Mudkip because most of his votes will be joke votes and Pokemon fans seem like the ones that don’t betray their character. I can see him SFF Pit and Tingle though, one only has a SSBB announcement to go off of and the other isn’t exactly the most favorite Zelda character. I have to give Mudkip the advantage going into the match. Not only were Mewtwo and Bidoof able to do better than what most thought Mudkip also has all of 4chan on his side. 4chan was the site that created the Mudkip fad and even though they hate GameFAQs they will be supporting their little fad. This would be fine since rallying is legal, but a lot of users from there have been talking about vote stuffing in that match and with us never hearing from SBAllen since the bracket was released (CJayC would always make a topic during a close match to say whether or not cheating was involved) they could get away from it unless they make it very obvious. On top of that Mudkip could win even without the support of 4chan. Pit is like a weaker version of Captain Falcon. You may have been lucky enough to play an F-Zero game, but to have played Kid Icarus you’d have to be from the NES generation. However Pit along with Wario and Meta Knight were the most requested characters to appear in the next SSB so even though his KI fanbase is small it is hardcore. The reason why Pit is in this contest is because he was announced to be in SSBB. Pit’s hopes and dreams rely on a movie trailer, a fan site and for the fact that SSBB is the most hyped game on GameFAQs right now. I didn’t give Meta Knight much credit and he did much better than what I expected, but Pit has even less than what Meta Knight had, but looking at the characters in this match he doesn’t need to equal Meta Knight to come in second. I’m taking Tingle to come in last in this poll. Sure he did better than expected against Sora, but with Zelda characters besides Link not doing as well as expected and with this being an all Nintendo match this could be very bad for Tingle. In this type of format I see a lot of Zelda fans abandoning Tingle. For the second time this contest I am going against my bracket. Not only does Mudkip have the power to win by himself, but he also has an entire website behind him. So, about tomorrow's match... Mudkip resists SFF (see match with Link),
while Pit and Tingle do not. What was nearly inconceivable before the
contest is probably going to happen, and that is Mudkip flattening Pit

I'm not as overconfident in Mudkip as everyone else is.. probably
because he's in my bracket. Pit actually kind of scares me, just
