You can ignore transparent proxy votes, but I'm not sure if they'd
even do that. Anonymous and High Anonymous proxies would be a lot
tougher to isolate. A site like this would definitley be able to ignore transparent proxy votes. Hell, *I* could probably design a code to block them. They might check the forwarded_for to see if that IP already voted, but I don't think they'd just block them.
