2.) I have yet to see a match in the history of the contests that
you think makes your future picks look bad. That kind of "I knew it all

I stopped paying attention to Magus/Phoenix when Magus took the lead,
because I knew then that it was over. I turned my attention to
Phoenix/Bomberman. Some updates get me to thinking "Phoenix is slowing
down, it's just a matter of time before Bomberman starts gaining", and
then the next update sees Phoenix make a gain himself... it's baffling

I really don't see Crono as having dropped much, if any, from last
year. Last year age started to show, but his decline has always been
gradual. He's not the type that just falls off a mountain each year. ...Sadly, the same can't really be said about his companion in arms in these contests.
