This does give me some confidence for Bowser > Auron. If you give
all of Toad's votes to Bowser and say 70% of Mewtwo's support to the
Koopa King, he'd be roasting Ryu on a stick right now. Voodoo math. There's no reason to believe that Bowser would get that much of the support for Mewtwo and Toad just because he's Nintendo. --- Official Queen ***** of the Universe! Political Compass: -0.38, -4.21 |

I don't think you can call this a good or a bad sign for Bowser. at the
very least, he's got it locked up vs. Ryu in round 3 if he stays within
a percent or two with the two Nintendo guys sapping votes from him. you
simply have no way of knowing between him and Auron though. don't draw

Ryu has got it locked up at this point. It's not as if Bowser is very
strong with the day vote, either...I mean he lost it to Leon Kennedy.

For Bowser/Auron, look no further than their matches against a common
opponent last year. Bowser got 43% on Crono and Auron got 45%. I think

For Bowser/Auron, look no further than their matches against a
common opponent last year. Bowser got 43% on Crono and Auron got 45%. I
think Auron should have next round safely tucked away. For Jill/Ocelot, look no further than their matches against Peach and Pac-Man respectively. I think Jill should have that match safely tucked away. It may not be worth much considering it's the Power Hour, but I'm
liking these smaller updates for Ryu here. I'm keeping the hope alive
on this until morning. Maybe Bowser can comeback if Ryu doesn't get out
too far ahead -- admittedly, it's not looking too hot right now. --- Experiment status report update: Metroid project 'Dread' is nearing the final stages of completion. |

Chun-Li's day numbers were quite a bit under what she was getting at night. Then again, she didn't drop too badly there. I have faith that Ryu should be able to hold up tomorrow, if he doesn't build an insurmountable lead overnight. Um... how did Bowser lose the day vote to Chun-Li? because his % went
down? His lead in raw vote numbers almost quadrupled from 7 am (i.e.

Bowser would have to have a very good day
vote to take the lead from Ryu, though, given that Mewtwo and Toad are
likely to have a similar day vote advantage. I don't see that

morning vote, he'll be looking okay. Once again, Ryu's day percentage is quite a bit lower than his night numbers. Bowser cleanly "won" the day vote there. But Ryu has always had a great night vote. If he can get a good lead by the time 7 am rolls around, it might be good enough. If he can get out of that black hole of a morning vote, he should be golden. That doesn't really make any sense. Nintendo having the day
advantage means that all 3 of the will increase with the day vote. It
won't be as drastic as it would be 1 on 1, but it may be enough if Ryu
fails to build a solid enough lead. There are only so many day votes to go around. If there are three characters in the poll who are likely to have a strong day vote, it means that the advantage of each is diluted. So Bowser being strong during the day may allow him to increase by a percentage point or two if he's lucky, but more than that is unlikely given how strong Mewtwo is turning out to be. --- Official Queen ***** of the Universe!
