Not even anti-FFVII! Cloud's just kinda boring in the contest because
you know he can't beat Link, and then performing like this shows he

I'll ignore that post and say that it's less anti-FFVII than it is
pro-MGS! If Cloud had a lower percentage, Ocelot would have had a

Eh, I'm not saying it stood a chance of happening in this contest or
anything. But if he was hovering around 50 - 55% or something? That'd
be more interesting than him getting 60%! Besides, if you wanna see

That was the whole idea behind Zolom. To see if being from FFVII granted instant mid-carder status. Well, maybe not mid-carder in the case of Zolom, but you get the idea. Eh, that's a standard Shadow Sonic Adventure 2 artwork pose. I don't
see what's so special about it. But then again, I'm so into Sonic
Adventure 2 that I guess I'm that used to seeing it. The artwork from

It doesn't necessarily have to be Shadow's best picture. It just
dominates the rest of it. Pyramid Head is just kinda...I'm not really
sure. Chris Redfield looks like some generic soldier you might find in
any video game, and even Auron just seems to fade into the background.
Shadow is the ONLY character in that picture who stands out. Your eye

Marcus last match, Cloud > Jill this match and I had Cloud > Jill
next round. I'm just going to pretend the top half of Division 2

a pity Sega keeps driving his character into the ground more and more. Shadow the Hedgehog was the only game that hurt shadow as a character...by giving him amnesia ,canceling all the development he had gone through in SA2 (most stupid idea ever) Sonic next gen was good for shadow.he actualy stopped whining about maria and his past,as he said he'd do in the end of ShTh |

I never really expected too much out of Jill or Ocelot. I figured them
both to be in the 13-20 range for certain, on the low side for Ocelot
and the high side for Jill, though they reversed it on me. Sephiroth should be guaranteed to at least get Cloud's % in his match, and the higher he goes, the better CATS's chances. Though Peach having beaten Jill and Sephiroth being weaker than Cloud makes it hard to justify a percentage for Peach much lower than Jill today. Match VII: Auron vs Chris vs Pyramid Head vs Shadow Information Name: Auron Game/Series From: Final Fantasy X Past Contests: CB2k3, CB2k4, CB2k5, CB2k6 Wins: Tails (2k3), Scorpion (2k4), Ness (2k4), Big Boss (2k5), Alucard (2k6), Sub-Zero (2k6) Losses: Cloud (2k3), Sephiroth (2k4), Ganondorf (2k5), Crono (2k6) Name: Chris Redfield Game/Series From: Resident Evil series Past Contests: None Wins: N/A Losses: N/A Name: Pyramid Head Game/Series From: Silent Hill series Past Contests: VC2k5 Wins: None Losses: Bowser (VC) Name: Shadow the Hedgehog Game/Series From: Sonic series Past Contests: CB2k3, CB2k4 Wins: Wario (2k3) Losses: Mario (2k3), Tidus (2k4) Analysis This is the first match of the contest that I don’t find to be interesting. The two characters and their order are pretty much decided and I bet the other two characters won’t even have much of a fight for third. I guess this contest has been spoiling us so much that there has to be a boring match here and there. Auron is the favorite to take first. He’s just below the noble nine and has had a great contest history. More people will be watching his performance to see how well he’ll do next round against most likely Bowser and Ryu. Second will go to Shadow the Hedgehog because Pyramid Head is totally weak and Chris would have to almost be the strongest Resident Evil character which I don’t really see. Even though Shadow has been in two contests his strength is often disputed, in 2003 he looked like a near elite, but in 2004 he looked more like a mid-carder. I’m leaning that he is more like a mid-carder because after 2k4 Tidus never really performed near his 2k3 levels. I do think Shadow has gain since his last match with the site shift causing Sonic characters to become stronger and having a few new games come out (not that they were any good as classic Sonic). Will that boost be enough to make Auron sweat? I don’t think so, Knuckles isn’t as strong as Auron and I wouldn’t take Shadow to beat Knuckles. For the fight between third and fourth I’m going to have to give Chris the green light for this one. He probably is only the fourth strongest protagonist (behind Leon, Jill and Claire), but Pyramid Head’s performance against Bowser was terrible plus Resident Evil is a more known horror game than Silent Hill. I’d also take Chris to be stronger than Ada and can’t really disagree with 20% on Samus > 17% on Bowser. Like I said before I find this match to be boring compare to the rest of the matches. As much as I would like I don’t see any of these four characters being close enough to each other to make the match interesting. Jill today. I honestly don't think you can look at it like that. Peach isn't guaranteed to get the same percentage as Jill just because she beat her last year in a one-on-one match. Peach could be the strongest, one-on-one, out of that fourpack and easily come in last.
