Sonic's comeback was nothing. Well, it meant a lot in terms of Crono
losing, but the comeback itself was obvious at 6 or 7 AM so it wasn't
really that great and the amount come back from wasn't unprecedented.
It was just a matter of waiting for it to happen. In this case, it was
like waiting for Axel to make a comeback but being surprised that it
was actually successful. Especially under this format --- This story is not an end yet. Because only you are in the infinity loop. |

Also, if you adjust Sonic's comeback for vote inflation, it's not THAT

Now that this match is clearly over, let's change topics a bit and
discuss future matches. Magus's place this year is cemented, but this
raises so, so many questions about Crono. Personally, I don't see how
the showdown with Vincent can be considered anything other than a total
coin flip now. In fact, if I were forced to choose a favorite, it would
be Vincent. Crono dropped last year, Frog is certainly doing his best
to prove it wasn't a fluke, Vincent is a fan favorite from the site's
biggest game, and to top it all off, he has no connection to Link

Anyone else starting to think the format by itself isn't going to have
too much of an effect when it comes to comebacks and vote swings? We
did have both Knuckles and Axel swing an impressive amount of votes
throughout the day. --- Finally a damn bracket! |

Two topics+ were filled by this match? Damn. Was it all just update type discussion or was anything meaningful discussed? I hope Frog can hang on here...even if he does, he'll be the huge dog now in the next round, but it would suck if he loses here. I get the feeling though that Axel is going to take the lead, and just when he starts building it a little bit, Frog's night vote will kick in and reverse the trend. That would be great. I'd actually think casual bracketmakers would have been more likely to take Axel in second over Frog. well.. it was nice having a perfect bracket with that many people left
for a while.. once again, another KH character slashes my perfect
bracket to pieces, and this time, it's double damage because I have
