There isn't much in the way of supply problems over here any more. Just
shopping around for a good deal really, could possibly save more if I
know there's two or three games on top of TP to buy (have seen
console+wii sports+zelda for £199 online, c. $400) but if nothing else

Usually at this time Rodri puts up a Guess the Bracket
topic, where everyone takes a stab at what 64 characters are going to
make the cut. Has anyone seen one yet/if you see Rodri remind him/if
you DON'T see a topic or Rodri someone else should pick it up. Because

Whew, nominations are finally closed. I was expecting the bracket to be
released on August 15th so we have a couple of weeks for predictions.
It can still happen if it doesn't take as long to get the bracket as it

Also going to be getting a Wii once my $2k gets from full tilt to my
bank - anything worth buying aside from TP yet? That and Wii Sports
should kill time until we get MP3 over here, but if not is there

word on the street is, SB's already working on the bracket, and hopes to have it up tomorrow afternoon! Hopefully the day after. I don't want him rushing out a bracket to make a good impression (if he cares) with his new userbase. tomorrow afternoon? aww jeeze, looks like ill be missing the majority
of my favorite period on this board. I'll be around tomorrow, but then
its off to removing 4 wisdom teeth, then 3 days after to turning stone
casino... hopefully I wont be in too much pain/too tired/too drugged to

The 2004 bracket was awful because of the setup. CJayC could've spent a
full month on the bracket with the format he intended to use and it
would've sucked. I don't think the 2003 bracket took that long, but I

here's a question: how much is Ceej involved in the new bracket? or is it all being done by SB? Midgar Zolom?! But yeah, I'm assuming that could be the seeding so far based on nominations alone (maybe he used a script or something to place it into bracket form?) I know Ceej always said he did some "rearranging". I'm sure after 5 years that the Noble Nine didn't always get the most nominations every year, and that he placed them as top seeds automatically, regardless of how many noms they got. Except that random seeding isn't a twist, and is just stupid. It makes
absolutely no sense, it's obviously not supposed to be showing up like
that in those links, so I'm really not going to give it that much
thought, it's probably just something wrong with the system putting
names in random places. Obviously new names such as Midgar Zolom and
Midna more than likely mean they're going to be in this contest, I

Exactly. And seeing how some of those high seeds (Phoenix Wright
especially) are from characters nominated en masse by the board, I'm
betting that those seeds are based on noms and he simply hasn't
"rearranged" the bracket yet, which I'm assuming will happen tonight

Not really. We know joke nominations have definitely received enough
noms to get into the contest before (hello there Jay Solano), it's not
a farce, Ceej just doesn't want jokes in the contest. We'll see how
Bacon feels about it, but don't be surprised if he's not in there. I
don't know if I want him to get in or not, because either way there's

Hmmm didn't pay too much attention to everything. Just a few things
jumped out at me. Again, I'm just speculating! But seeing Mario and
Mega Man as 7 seeds and knowing that people probably aren't nominating
them knowing that they probably would be in regardless made me think
