Actually, Samus had more than double the support this contest Cloud did back then. Ah yes, I was thinking of the Link match. Still though...from 41% to 13%. Got bored... After the initial one, the order remains the same... 15 minutes Cloud 19.85% Link 30.08% Mario 12.41% Samus 8.42% Sephiroth 14.06% Solid Snake 15.19% 20 minutes 21.02% 30.62% 12.23% 9.85% 12.81% 13.46% 25 minutes 21.73% 30.80% 11.61% 9.12% 13.35% 13.39% I don't have anything.. automatic or whatever, and I just re-entered things into Excel after an update, but whatever. Thought some people might be interested. ...by the way, the sad thing here really is that Snake is the only non-Nintendo, non-FF7 character here. Think about it this way: Snake is single handedily right now representing everyone disenfranchised by GameFAQs voters' horrible, biased interpretations of what defines a "good character." Snake stands alone, as always, the eternal underdog representing what is noble and pure and good in this world, and what has yet to be corrupted... What I mean to say is, if your favorite character isn't from Nintendo's overrated flagship series or Squaresoft's overrated seventh FF, you should vote for Snake. Also, you should probably vote for Snake is you actually value things like character development and backstory in your video games. ...obviously, not too many of those kinds of literate people showed up yesterday. ...it's a bummer, too, because so many smart folks voted in Snake's previous matches. :P |

| I'd say Mario is really rivaling Sephiroth for the most dismal performance so far. Samus I'd expect to get SFFed to nothing, but not Mario. I wonder what a rematch with Link would look like today. |
