Also, I understand that you guys like to extrapolate, but isn't it
annoying to have to do it for every single character when you want to
make a change as big as basing the stats off of a different constant
character? --- I suppose people like IX because it was most similar to their favorite cartoon, Dragon Ball Z.- poupadis |

I have a feeling SOMETHING crazy's going to happen tonight...I mean, I
still say Samus is going out if you put a gun to my head, but honestly
it wouldn't surprise me a bit to see Cloud go out first or something

Snake going out first would be more shocking to me than Mario going
out...bias, I know, but from what I've seen the man thrives on these

Snake going out first is almost impossible. He's the only character on
the list that doesn't share a major fanbase with another character

I mean, even with his SSBB support being supposedly 'siphoned', he's
still scoring 47% on Samus. Cloud and Sephiroth are going to have to
majorly SFF him -- relative to Link and Mario SFFing Samus no less -- for him to go out first, and I'm finding that hard to believe. --- *kills self* Commit it to memory. |

I agree that every character aside from Link has SOME sort of chance of
losing on Day 1, and I also agree that Mario is more likely to be
kicked out first than Solid Snake...in fact, I'm kinda expecting Mario
to be booted in Round 2. I think Samus is most likely to lose on the

24.70?? that's way too low in my eyes. I think of him as being worth
about 28%. I struggle to picture Yuna at 29% and Tidus significantly

Funny enough, I just did that, and using Leon's stats which had Samus

Well, Tidus through MM 2006 gets him at 26.85%, which is better. But
still, both Bowser and Kirby were overrated 4-5%, and Tidus was right

eh, I'd be skeptical of Kirby's number since it's going through another
Nintendo character. he got the same percentage on a guy who's
supposedly a lot stronger and Bowser looks like he might have decreased
naturally this year. besides, I don't think the entire division fell
like that - look at Chun Li, Ryu or Rikku. if you ask me who wins between POP and Tidus, I'll pick Tidus every time. and I just made up a random name that I would expect to be around 25-26%. --- zizzy |

I'm definitely making my own stats. Probably gonna use constant Luigi,
adjust Zelda to her 2K5 value, give Tifa a 1.5% more than her 2K5 value
and adjust Yoshi down to slightly over Dante 2K5, probably 1.5% or so.
Adjust Tidus up too... that's probably gonna be it. I'm not sure
exactly how it's gonna look, so that might not be what I end up
sticking with, but it's looking like the favorite to me. BY the way,
that pic rocks, but I hate Link & Cloud in it. Cloud looks out of
place, and I really think TP Link looks fugly as hell. --- Hooray Beer, Hooray Proxies! |

Seriously... I like every other incarnation of Link far more than TP
link. He looks like a little elfish freak. I mean, yeah, he is,
but he looks so awkwardly skinny and pointy earred, it's freaky
looking. Then again I don't really like the art style of TP at all. Far
