Also, even though I would have loved to see Snake win, I'm also a big
Samus fan and happy with this result. If nothing else, it shows that
Samus can beat more than just Sonic and can definitely hold her own
within the Noble 9. Of course, I still have some hope that Snake will make a comeback here... --- I don't know when, I don't know how, but I know something starting right now... Watch and you'll see, someday I'll be... part of your world! |

| What boggles my mind here is how Snake's
domination of the men's bracket is going to ultimately make the men
look so much weaker than the women on average in this contest,

I can explain why Samus is winning: too many people know this would
make MC the Ultimate Loser this contest since they barely failed to

Crazy Turtle Theory!!!!- There is no such thing as FF/MGS SFF Yeah, that's right. Squall was just a weakass panzy in 2k2 and got a large slice of the Kingdom Hearts pie in 2k3. He rode that pie to near elitism in 2k4 and 2k5, and kept a large portion of that strength for this year, when he gained nothing from KH2 due to already being exposed to the KH fanbase in the first game. Snake was just... that strong. As for FF7/MGS in the games contest, that was just sheer dominance on FF7's part. Liquid Snake's situation can be explained with Frog being the weirdest character on the contest scene in terms of completely random performances. He just sucked that much against Sephiroth. As a Samus supporter I'd feel better if snake just never took the lead at all. I'm sure that's a best case scenario for her, but Snake's night vote will get him that luxury.
