Ah, but Samus being out of the Noble Nine means that anyone that lost
to her as well. Sonic lost to her, if I recall correctly. Sonic beats
Crono, and Crono has beat Link indirectly, so Samus losing means the
whole thing is gone. Before today, Sonic could lose to a non-NNer and
it wouldn't have meant anything. ~~~ The one. The only. Lady Ashe. |

is self-perpetuating? As in, people see Crono or the game do well, and

How good is Crono with the second night vote? Could he take the lead back? Unlikely, but not impossible. He'll have to do a little bit better than Vincent did percentagewise to win. If he gets the same percentage swing as Vincent, Sonic wins with around 500 votes. --- "........!" ~Magus |

The Noble Nine is based on infallability. If one falls, they all fall.
Especially now that every Noble Niner has defeated another. If Zelda beats Samus: Zelda > Samus > Sonic > Crono > Mario > Cloud > Link > Sephiroth > Mega Man > Snake See how every NNer is brought up? --- By the time we localize the programs, kids don’t even know they’re from Japan any more. - 4Kids CEO Al Kahn |

Looking at the new top 25 list and seeing it cluttered with 2k6 matches makes me think... shouldn't we have a top 25 list that's "adjusted for inflation"? It's easy for matches this year to break the rank with contest traffic so high. We should do a list that ranks a match based on say, percentage above the average match vote total for that particular contest? Of course fodder filled contest like the Villains contest and SC2k2 will skew results... but it still would be an interesting read... |
