If this follows Knux/Magus trends, Crono is going to win, and it
won't even be that close. Magus swung 0.68% against Knuckles from here
to midnight. That would give Crono a win with 50.24%, and maybe 600

No, he started cutting at 5:50! Later on Knux did insert an hour where
he gained though. And the beginning of Magus's comeback was highly

I'm talking about not letting Smurf make the stats topic. You can be
happy about him all you like, in fact, I'm happy for him. Sonic
deserves this. But when Smurf had made the topic early, and he is one of the biggest Sonic fans on the board. I used to troll the stats topic before the contests with all sorts of
fake picks with dumb reasoning. I never got shunned and excluded.

(MWIS HERE) Hmm. It seems in 2006, GameFAQs voters have finally decided to vote for the Noble Nine characters who are involved with cutting-edge new next-gen games as opposed to the "Old Guard." Thus two characters with exciting next-gen releases hyped up, Sonic and Snake, are finally disposing of two characters who simply haven't seen much action at all recently. Anyone remember the last time Crono or Mega Man released a new game with any serious casual gaming appeal? 1995, anyone? Meanwhile, Sonic has his beautiful next-gen game in the works, and Snake has SSBB and MGS4 hype bringing him back into the spotlight. Good for Konami and Sega; their products have won major victories this contest against the Nintendo/Square behemoths. In fact, to get here Snake has beaten a popular Square character (Squall), a popular Nintendo character (Yoshi), and a Noble Niner (Mega Man). Sonic V Snake is looking like a damn good match. I've been a huge supporter of both characters, but obviously my vote will be for Snake. |

| I don't really like eletism at all, ever, and
Smurf hasn't done ANY trolling today. Just rooting for Sonic. I guess
when I root for Sephiroth in the Battle Royale, you can consider it

today he's been just fine.. well, at least the couple of posts that I've read. it's the other stuff that gets him. and I think people are reading too much into this match - if this was 50.5-49.5 instead of 49.5-50.5, you wouldn't be saying such things. this was supposed to be a close match and it has delivered, even if the end of the match is completely anticlimactic. --- zizzy |
