And you people called me crazy last night when I said this match would have massive vote swings. EVERYONE thought this match would have a decent swing (the general sentiment was that Crono needed 54% or so before the morning to have it locked up), but you were talking about a 10000 vote comeback. As it stands this will be a comeback from a 2200 vote deficit, and it'll STILL be the biggest comeback of all time. You need to get a sense of scale. --- *kills self* Commit it to memory. |

The perennial rear-end of the Noble Niners are both getting over the hump in a big way, and they'll cap it all off with the showdown between each other that we've been calling for since the concept was created. I doubt. Give me one good, conclusive reason why Mega Man dropped? I won't believe a massive drop like that unless Snake loses to today's winner by a good amount. I can't give you a conclusive reason, but I figure a part of it is an influx of newer gamers coming here -- the 360's came out since last year (though that didn't help Joanna, to be fair), two huge systems are on the horizon, and the most impressive things he's done since 2000 was go 3D in games that were supposedly duds and have some multi-platform collections (which contests will show they've hardly helped)...and yes, I know, Crono, but Mega Man's not Crono here...period. Even last year, with similar strengths, Crono still is gonna have many more hardcore fans. CT would beat the entire Mega Man series here (and CC could beat any Mega Man game, to boot), so no, Mega Man's no Crono... ...then throw in what he allowed Axel and Sora to do and failing to match Bowser on Ryu before losing to Solid Snake like he did, and that's my arguement for Mega Man dropping enough (though I am NOT saying it's all MM dropping, obviously). --- Diddy did it. Diddy did it. DAMMIT! What didn't Diddy do?! |
