Oh, and I'd take the Tifa we saw a couple of days ago over Auron,
fairly easily. Obviously Auron would make it close, but Tifa would win.

From XIII_rocks samus is just weaker this year.why is it that hard to see? Because she's not? I'll worry if Zelda gets like 48% or something, otherwise no, not at all. Prepare to be very worried then, as Zelda is going to double Samus. Samus gets most of her votes from SSBM, and Zelda is far superior to Samus in it. Zelda can SFF Samus with ease. ~~~ The one. | Of course FFXII benefits Crono. Half the guys who come here looking for a FAQ for FFXII have played Crono and probably liked it a lot. Significantly larger amount of FF fans are Crono fans than Sonic fans(or even MGS fans). Pure simple logic. |

Samus didn't bomb. If you recall, she wasn't even in the match picture. If I was a casual gamer who hasn't seen the SSB:B video, I would assume that ZSS was some other character named Samus. You know Crono is probably one of the few who Snake can take with ease
in the day vote. Especially since this year it seems Crono has a

I actually wouldn't be that surprised to see Snake take the day vote from Crono...though it would be really, really odd. Think of it this way -- Snake's peak percentage against Bowser was 56%. Bowser swung that to 50.5%, a swing of 5.5 points. Crono's peak percentage against Bowser was 62%. Bowser swung that to 57.5%, a swing of 4.5 points. If Snake's day vote has increased any this year (and with people blaming this on SSBB, you'd have to think it could), Snake might be able to take the day from Crono. There's another common opponent they'll share in Mega Man though, so let's see how Snake ends at the end of this. --- *kills self* Commit it to memory. |

With the way Crono and Snake have performed with the day vote (as in,
Snake held up much better against Yoshi than Crono did against
Bowser...or anyone), I'd be shocked if Crono won the day vote.
Basically, if those two meet, you're going to be seeing two powerhouse
night votes going at it, followed by a struggle to see who sucks less

Oh, Crono's definitely not winning the
day over Sonic or Samus, especially with how he's looked this contest.
If either are able to keep it reasonably close against him during the

Snake will take the day against Crono. Although seeing Mega get beat
this badly, and talking about Snake beating a Crono that will struggle
with Sonic, before having a shot against Samus in the finals is making

this is a different Crono this year, methinks - one that has a day vote
similar to Frog or Magus. if freakin' Bowser can take 4.5 points off
you in the day, something tells me you don't have much of a day vote at
all. I'll want to see Crono with at least 54% before morning or I'll be

Snake won the NTP and day votes against a Nintendo character. I don't think Crono will win the day votes against Snake. --- I am a Singaporean and I hope Snake will beat Megaman. |

Assuming Solid Snake finishes with 55% at the end: If Mega Man 2005 = Mega Man 2006, Solid Snake is at 43.10% on BL! If Solid Snake 2005 = Solid Snake 2006, Mega Man is at 33.27% on BL, between Tifa and Dante. If Dante 2005 = Dante 2006, Solid Snake is at 38.64% on BL, meaning he gets 48.46% on 2005 Crono. This puts Mega Man at 34.78% on BL, a little below Kirby 2005. If Ryu Hayabusa 2005 = Ryu Hayabusa 2006, Solid Snake is at 40.32% on BL, meaning he gets 50.56% on Crono 2005. If Gordon Freeman 2005 = Gordon Freeman 2006, Solid Snake is at 38.37% on BL, meaning he gets 48.12% on Crono 2005. This puts Mega Man at 34.53% on BL. This is absolutely ****ing incredible. If Snake finishes with 55% here,

I really wish Mega Man hadn't dropped off SO obviously this year. I
mean, there's no way I'd take Snake to lose to constant Mega Man after
what I'm seeing him do today -- so it's all good there -- but he's
beating up on the guy when he's down, while he's in the best shape of
his life. For this being the greatest match of all time (which it is !!) it could have stood to be a little more epic. --- *kills self* Commit it to memory. |

Based on a constant Ryu from 2005, Snake is at 40.7 on BL, above Crono 2k5 but still a point or so under Samus. That pegs Mega Man to be at 35.73 on BL by the way, a tad above Vincent 2k5. This isn't accounting for any Bowser overrating with Ryu though. --- *kills self* Commit it to memory. |
