If Snake does win this I wouldn't peg it all on his strength. Mega Man has arguably been disappointingly in all of his matches thus far. This could be more a sign of him weakening then Snake getting stronger. Don't overlook the fact that Snake has looked like a monster in every one of his matches as well. --- - Why the hell did I bet against a character as deep, awesome and badass as Lara Croft, instead favouring a character from something as lame as HL2? Forgive me, XIII. |

Damn it to hell, but this one, along with my bracket, is over. I knew I should have taken Sonic over Mega Man, but my bias for the Blue Bomber was my downfall. --- If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Then try to find someone whose life has given them vodka. |

Yeah, Snake won. Screw you, Megaman fans. I find it funny how offended some people get when people disagree with them. You being a prime example with that post. The percentage went down *just* a smidge, but Snake increases to 349 there. If anyone cares, 15 minutes in last year Snake had 54.13% on Bowser with a 114 vote lead. --- *kills self* Commit it to memory. |

Mega Man, more then any other Noble Nine character - with the exception of Crono - is a product of his past. While he does appear in games still, I doubt that they've significantly added to his fanbase and if he was just being voted on based on his post-SNES games, I don't think he'd be a major factor in this tournament. --- Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo merge to create...Microtendony! Assuming constant Crono, Snake has a shot against him...but it's a
stretch. The best he can probably hope for is matching Crono's
percentage from last year on him, and this is almost certainly a weaker
Mega Man. I just realized that if Snake pulls this out I'm finally making the leaderboard -- and in a big way! --- *kills self* Commit it to memory. |

If Mega Man pulls ahead during the day, Snake's not coming back. This
is where Snake needs to win this match, by putting up an insurmountable

Leaderboard destruction? I figure Snake will be the favorite. Among the casuals, sure. But these are the people who are supposedly 'in the know'. We've gone from seeing nearly half the leaderboard brackets having Solid Snake win the whole thing to barely four or five. the leaderboard isn't "casual" though, they're people who know what
they're doing. 50/50 had Crono winning his division, etc. I bet at

Leaderboard destruction because most casuals aren't on the leaderboard and board 8ers mostly had Mega Man.
