I know it is the sprite round but there is a background face shot in
the picture. Didn't Snake perform quite well against Ryu in 2003 sprite

Sonic is going to beat Crono, and then beat Samus in the finals
(assuming Samus beats Tifa and Aeris). No I'm not considering Megaman
or Snake a threat to Sonic because if Sonic beats Crono that will place
him over both of them easily. Anywho, Rikku should cut the percentage to at least 35% by the end of the day, if not closer to 40. Finally, I don't see why people are making such a big hype over Megaman and Snake. Regardless of the outcome of that match the winner is just going to lose in the next round. They aren't that important. The only thing that is to be worried about is the noble 9 being broken (possibly by Sora). But that's the only situation left that should worry people. Well, besides the possibility of Tifa/Aeris beating Samus. Also, Ryu would beat Dante any day. --- A hero is a man who is afraid to run away. |

I agree that Megaman/Snake isn't an important match. I also think that
Crono is going to beat Sonic and barely scrape over Samus. Any guesses on who is going to win the battle royale? I think Crono actually has a chance at it because of his steady fanbase. The Nintendo and Square votes are going to be split up umong Link, Mario, Samus and Cloud and Sephiroth. He has a chance if he hits that point. As does Sonic or Megaman. I think they have the greatest outside chance of winning this year. Though I think Crono will be the one to do it. Sonic and Megaman still have chances. --- Que sera, sera. Whatever will be, will be. It is a elimination battle royal. Cloud and Sephiroth will SFF crono to
hell in the battle royal thus eliminating him. Even if Crono does make

I was under the impression they all get put onto the poll for a certain
amount of days and then whoever has the most votes at the end of those

day will be eliminated. Eventually it will only be left with two

NoDiceCurt, actually it is Snake that will do well in the battle
royale. Crono functions as a Square characters while Megaman and Sonic
functions as a Nintendo characters. Crono,Megaman,Sonic and Samus will most probably be SFF to hell by the superior 4 so thus shortening their journey in the battle royale. Snake is the only one who will not suffer too much with SFF so he probably can make it to third or fourth if he is lucky. --- After his match with Dante, Yoshi will do respectable against Snake |

How in the HELL does Sonic function as a Nintendo character? Honestly, that's the biggest load of bullocks I've ever heard. Case and point is that NoDice is right. Sonic would have the best chance in the battle royale as his format permitted. However, in the long run because of the elimination method, the best he could hope for is third place. Samus is a lock to make the BR, but Sonic/Mega Man/Snake are going to
have to beat Crono to get in and its doubtful that they can do it.
Also, no one except Link and Cloud stand any kind of chance of winning

Samus's last hour: 64.7% this is looking a lot like Mega Man / Ryu, Rikku should be able to get this down to about a doubling before the morning. I could see this staying at about a doubling until the afterschool vote, where Samus can probably recover by a percent or so. --- xyzzy |

Crono would be looking at 66% on Rikku last year. Samus will probably
end up with a similar amount. But I expect that Rikku is
overperforming/increased because of the Square boost and/or a Villain
esque Female character boost due to the contest that's in it. All things put together, Samus is on course for about 52% on Crono. --- President Of Board 8. (10/14/2006 onwards) |

well, 2k5 Bowser is almost definitely overrated - if you adjust Bowser
down to his 2k6 level, Rikku's at 24.66%. if that's correct (no Ryu
weirdness or Bowser drop or Crono drop or whatever), Crono is expected
to get 69% on Rikku. Samus most likely is going to end below that,
maybe 67% or so. *shrugs* --- xyzzy |
