Kirby has the board bracket vote, but I'd think Luigi has the rest. he

Luigi won the board vote against Zero, which is very surprising given
how much the board likes Zero and the bracket support that Zero
enjoyed. Last year, the only time Kirby lead Bowser was at the 3 minute
mark, which is kind of odd. I suppose you could say Kirby and Bowser
split the board vote. So, like Leon said, it probably comes down to
brackets, which probably favour Kirby. I'd be somewhat puzzled if

Well, Kirby had 72.24% beating Prince of Persia, and Luigi had 71.81%
beating Zero. Of those two, I'd imagine Luigi is probably the overall

Well, I would think that the board's brackets, which favoured Zero by a
wide margin, matter more in the first five or so minutes than the

| I doubt people will be bracket voting (during the first few seconds, anyway) this late into the contest. People who make up the "board vote" hopefully realize that it's a pointless effort if they've missed more than two matches, so they'll probably vote for their favorite. |

I have a hard time seeing how it won't be close. On the one hand,
Kirby's match with Bowser alone could be classified as close and I
don't think Luigi is going to outdo Bowser. On the other hand, I can't
see someone who can 54-46 Zero losing comfortably to Kirby >_> --- ertyu and VeghEsther are truly proof that there is much about this world we still do not understand. |

I'm not! I'm still as confident as ever in Kirby... otherwise I would
have never taken Luigi to beat Zero, and Kirby over Luigi. Still it

I figured if Luigi was strong enough to beat Zero he could take out
Kirby - essentially the same reasoning I used last year for Mario. If
he was strong enough to beat Samus he could take Crono. Luigi passed
his first test with flying colours so I'm extremely confident in him

As I mentioned before, the stats aren't intended to be 100% accurate.
Mostly, I use it to spot irregularities and the like. Basing them off
of their 2005 values and then gauging their opponents off of it is a
