Last close match, none of the vote stuffing went through, or only a
small amount at that. I assume it's the same this time, so if there is

is... is it safe in here from the massive flooding of the same ascii over and over? anyway, this match is so over unless there's stuffing, which doesn't look likely at all. Dante's not going to turn this around until it's wayyyyyyy too late. I'm not sure what to make of this match. it tells me that Yoshi didn't rSFF Luigi at all and that he has legit strength. it also tells me that Riku's at... 30%??? I don't know, we'll worry about the stat problems later. all that matters is that for the first time ever we have Yoshi in a reliable match and he's proving his worth. good show. --- love |

So... does anyone think DMC2 Dante might be weaker than DMC3/DMC1

I don't think the DMC2 picture is affecting votes significantly, no
more than PoP getting a Warrior Within picture or Link getting a Wind
Waker picture (you heard me). If anything's affecting him adversely,
it's that Yoshi is DOMINATING the picture Pac-Man/Ocelot style. But I

You brought that up? I didn't even think anyone mentioned it this
year. That was like a year, or maybe even further, that I remember
hearing about it. >> I seem to remember bringing up the Bowser = Yoshi = Luigi thing a long time ago, but I don't think I was entirely serious about it. But still, you figure if that was the case, Yoshi wouldn't have gotten owned by Bowser like that, considering his "favorite" status. But yeah, this makes Riku look really good, if Dante's anywhere around his 2005 level. We're talking 30% or so on BL. even more upset that he got an unwinnable first round match. Yep, and I figure it's not unreasonable to assume Dante is stronger than he was last year. He did get a miniature version of the Kratos treatment (game selling terrifically well after a price drop), after all. And yes, Riku was completely wasted. Before the contest started, I was praying for a Chief/Riku first round match. |

Basically, I think Snake has the ability to overperform on any "bad

Basically, I think Snake has the ability to overperform on any "bad
boy" because he is the biggest and baddest of all. ...That didn't seem to have much effect on his match with vincent. Snake managing to somehow sff him just seems unlikely to me. --- When D... What a match to miss! Dante failing to take a good lead twice, Yoshi kicking ass, the stats topic sucking ass (wtf 402?). I love school/the outside world! Really, this is awesome to see Yoshi at like...near 35% on BL. Only thing is that this puts Riku WAY too high for my tastes. Why gamefaqs has no information on it in their database, I have no idea, but it has pre-orders being taken on pretty much all major game selling sites. --- When D...
