Yoshi's won 6 of the last 7 updates, and the other one he lost by one vote. Yoshi starting to pull away do we think? --- I hope so. |

The morning vote is Nintendo's best time. I'm actually surprised Yoshi isn't doing better now. well, at this point, i'm expecting this match to follow the voting
trends of Jill vs. Peach; which it already has through th enight.
although, keep in mind that at this point, Jill was still up by around

Hmm. Not good. Yoshi has to be the favourite at this point, but I
still have no idea where this performance is coming from at all :-( Devil Division slightly overrated + NintendoFAQs + Vincent boost +slight varience in close matches is how I explain my bracket. Ahh, so Dante did grab the lead, but the intial morning surge goes to

Yoshi's trying to drive this one home, and Dante's still putting up a real nice fight... ...but he's hardly been winning the fight. Even, sure, but not winning thus far. This Dante with the day vote talk is reminding me of the FF/Zelda
comeback rambling...for all the high hoping that FF would perhaps do
something or at least hold on during the day, it just ended up getting
smashed. I've noticed that this topic would rather use past matches against unrelated characters with different poll times and demographics than common sense. How many Nintendo characters have to win the first hour and the day vote before people will catch on? TuRtLe ~~~ 43/48 in the contest. By the time the west coast is in school Yoshi's lead would be bigger
than what he had during the night and Dante would have less time to
comeback. He may cut into the lead, but I don't see him taking the lead

Surprisingly slow stats topic given how close this one is. This really
is the worst comeback attempt in ages... probably because everyone
knows how bad Dante is with the day vote. I mean really, he'll have to either go berserk during school hours or win the after school vote outright to win this. Say Yoshi wins this....what's his pred %? I say it would definitely be less than 50%. Dante being a 2 seed will obviously help. I know Yoshi was at a major seeding disavantage with Riku and still got 58%, but come on. It's ****ing Yoshi. 25% had Vincent over Dante, and even if he was untested, he still was an FFVII character. I think Yoshi will have about 28%. I think Dante is a huge bracket favourite and Riku could also have some support. --- Supporter of Ryu. |

I really really really hope Aeris beats Zelda (Unlikely I know), then I
might eliminate all the gurus who have Sonic winning the male bracket.
