No, but I think he did better with it against Jill twice than Peach did

Hayabusa chipped at Zero's percentage during the day in that match (and
we all saw what Zero did to Luigi's percentage after he exploded in the

This is most pathetic comeback attempt since Vercetti's run against
Kefka, though that whole match was fueled by cheating that kept it

chopped down on Zero decently last year with it too. Percentage-wise, he did do better than Peach. But he never had to overcome a 1400 vote lead with it. Jill's highest lead was somewhere around 800 votes. If you go from 6:00 AM, which is generally when the day vote starts I believe, until the end of the poll there was a whopping .24% taken off from Zero. If you go from the first hour, he took about 2% off. Zero's not exactly someone with a good day vote either, which just goes right back to the point of certain "casual friendly" characters just not being good with it. Dante's not horrible with the day vote, but he's really quite average at the very best. The only character he's ever done something noticeably positive was against Terra Branford. Just to make sure, but do we all believe that Dante will have the lead
at some point in this match? Yoshi HAD been holding off nicely for

Dante could get the lead, but Yoshi is doing his darndest to hold on until the day. This Dante with the day vote talk is reminding me of the FF/Zelda comeback rambling...for all the high hoping that FF would perhaps do something or at least hold on during the day, it just ended up getting smashed. FF made it respectable by the end despite never having a chance, and I more or less expect the same of Dante here. But I don't expect a win. --- *kills self Commit it to memory. |

MC/Sub-Zero went alot like LoZ/FF, in that the one favored never stood
a chance and allowed the upset, yet the loser still made it more
respectable by the end of it. Dante finally gets within 400 votes. At this point in their match, Peach was up by 147. I would like to think that Dante will win this but I don't have any real confidence in him. If you look at the gains Dante is making, it isn't because he's doing any better, it's because Yoshi is tailing off. I personally think Dante will build a lead, not dissimilar to Jill's and then Yoshi will start eating into it again. Whenever a character builds a sizeable lead in the early stages, they

What's there to talk about? We've seen this pattern plenty of times
before and we know how it's going to end. Dante would need a miracle to
win this, and he hasn't gotten it so far so, again, what is there to

SC2K6 is panning out to be one of the top few contests already and
we're only in the 2nd round. This round 2 has been way better than the
