while in Jill's match against Ryu H, this is when he started his comeback. Jill/Ryu H. was during the summer. --- "I was trying to escape. Obviously, it didn't work." - President Bush |

Nice gain for Peach there. Is it just me, or is the updator on gamefaqscontests.com taking a lot longer to update than usual? --- Dp, you are one awesome, sexy bastard. I less than 3 you. -Shadow Ryoko NEW YORK METS: 2006 NL EASTERN DIVISION CHAMPS |

No one really answered that question. Why does anyone take Smurf seriously? --- It's a sad fact that you had to derail this topic because you are afraid of the power of the PS3 -- cade |

And Jill rebounds a bit. --- Character Battle V Score - 35/38 points Current Prediction - Jill Valentine vs. Princess Peach |
charmander6000 | Posted 10/17/2006 8:21:04 AM | message detail |
And Jill gains 20 votes back. I'm guessing that Jill will bring it up somewhere between 800-1000, but I'm calling the match over if she breaks 1500, but if she breaks 1000 it will be unlikely for Peach to comeback. --- "I was trying to escape. Obviously, it didn't work." - President Bush |

With random fluctuations like that, its pretty impossible to tell where this lead will end before the after school vote. --- It's a sad fact that you had to derail this topic because you are afraid of the power of the PS3 -- cade |

From Zylo the wolf Posted 10/17/2006 9:32:19 AM The fact that Peach even is close to someone who's a maincharacter in a mainstream game is a joke. Resident Evil is mainstream? One would think Super Mario Brothers is way more mainstream than the relatively niche RE games (aside from 4 of course. At any rate, Jill is diappointing me big time. I can't see Peach not completely dominating the after schoo vote. This match has been far too similar to Kairi/Claire for me to give Jill a reasonable chance. And how would Peach have less of a day vote than Kairi? Kairi only seemed to have a great day vote because of all the antivotes at night whereas Jill has the "hardk0r3" overnight crowd. TuRtLe ~~~ I used my brain and statistics to make my bracket. Karma Hunter used MGS fanboyism. KH won. Commit it to memory. |

RE 1 and 3 were definitely mainstream back at the day. i think they sold more than RE4. and this match is still completely up in the air, in my opinion --- Z1mZum owned me in the Guru contest. |

BTW... what do the votals look like for that match so far? I'm too busy/lazy to look right now It's a couple hundred ahead of Jill/Sheena, so it's looking to be atleast around the 115k range --- Chun-Li's Road to the Female Final Four: vs Lara (October 21st) One down, two to go! *Currently playing Tales of the Abyss* |

Resident Evil 1 sold around 5 million copies, and
that's for PS1 alone. It's later been released on PC, Saturn, DS,
Gamecube and probably some other console that I'm forgetting about.
Resident Evil 3 sold around 3.5 million copies for PS1 and 2 million
copies for Dreamcast. Resident Evil 4 sold slightly over 3 million
copies for Gamecube and PS2. Note that these stats are from Wikipedia, so I wouldn't exactly put that high faith in them. --- And I need all the love I can get And I need all the love that I can't get to(o) |

Based on how she did from 10 to 11, she's projected to have an 890 vote lead before 2:30 Now if you go from 10:30 to 11:30 it's 815 If you just use the last 35 minutes, it's only a 700 vote lead. See a trend? >_< --- ertyu and VeghEsther are truly proof that there is much about this world we still do not understand. |

Jill has a really odd pattern in the updates. She loses 4-5 updates by
a couple of votes, only to gain a big amount in the 6th or 7th update.
