1. Sub-Zero over Master Chief: 20.27% 2. StarCraft over Halo: 24.09% 3. Castlevania over Halo: 31.49% Pretty solid trend there, never count on Halo winning the unloseable match. It even made the hat trick of being the most miserable of failures in characters, games, and series'. Chumpstains. That said... Go go Nidoran F! Just the idea that she'd be beating Ada if she were here today puts a huge smile on my face. I mean, sure, I suspect some level of rSFF and would likely still back Ada, but even the thought makes me happy. --- If B8 were any more like the WWE I'd be getting paid for this message. If you mark someone for flaming/trolling, you probably deserved it. |

Well Pokemon just plain has SOME strength, you put any generic pokemon
in there and you probably get the same number. And honestly I don't
even know which one would do the best anymore but I guess Mewtwo is as

Wow, only 20% had Sub-Zero? Wow, the bracket makers must REALLY not care for Mortal Kombat. Sub-Zero got no respect. I admit I took Master Chief, but I struggled with it until brackets closed. You underestimate MK Jade!!! Seeing as how approximately half the posters that day were posting complaining that they thought it was MK Jade, probably !! so basically, Jade could beat Tanner, Mr. Driller, Ms. Pac-Man, Serious
Sam Stone and MAYBE Dirk the Daring. yeesh, this looks bad. i'm starting to think that the Great Nintendo Boost may still be in effect and that only Kirby and Bowser were overrated last year. i mean, look at the other Nintendo characters: Samus - is destroying Ada Peach - SFF'd Daisy (new character) Zelda - completely destroyed Carmen Sandiego Yoshi - beat Riku who most likely boosted from KH2 Tingle - did respectable against Sora, who most likely boosted from KH2 Luigi - easily defeated Zero Ganondorf - narrowly lost to Vincent, who most likely boosted from FF&:AC and DofC. Nintendo just might be as dominant as ever! this match certainly restores a small bit of faith in Yoshi and Vincent! --- i have officially been Z1mZum'D in the guru contest. Whoa, it's kinda early to be saying there's another Nintendo boost. People forgot that Samus is a beast since she got SFF'd by Mario. And this is still Ada Wong. It's the second round of a GameFAQs character battle and Samus is facing Ada Wong.
I like Ada and all, but she doesn't deserve to be in the second round
of a contest. Samus killed Lara Croft and Sam Fisher like this in 2k4.

We need to get Sub-Zero in again next year. And Scorpion too. And Reptile. Hell, let's nominate the whole palette + Johnny Cage and Raiden. (Let's see the whole palette would be... Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Reptile, Noob, Smoke, Ermac, Rain, and Chameleon. I think that's all of them... so that would be a full nomination list of MK characters ^_^) --- Dancing with myself! Oh-oh! I'm still throwing a flag up for Luigi/Zero. I may stand on an island
by myself though. I'm hoping that Kirby doesn't beat Luigi so that we
can see Luigi stand up to Sonic without SFF being able to take the

especially when Nintendo has failed to impress more than they have. If
there is a match this round that could convince me of anything, it'll

See, the problem with Master Chief is that it IS antivoting and haters. For some reason, a large chunk of this site's userbase has an irrational, and frankly confusing disdain for anything remotely mainstream. If Nintendo ends up winning the next-gen console war, expect there to be alot less of the "Nintendrones" on this site as they all shift to the "indie" PS3 camp.
