Extreme Scenarios: Ganondorf Dragmire Vs. Vincent Valentine Scenario 1: Vincent with 56.64% Both Vincent and Ganondorf are huge wildcards from their performances last year, and Vincent is the one who has the most going for him this year. A lot of people think that Vincent overperformed on Crono last year, but Dante impressed against Hyabusa, so there's always the chance this assumption is wrong. Assuming that's true and assuming that Ganondorf was over adjusted for SFF last year, it's possible that Vincent could have beaten Ganondorf quite handily back in 2005. Combine that with Ganondorf having no games in the meantime and Vincent appearing in a popular movie and a starring role in his own game, and you have a huge upset to the board predictors. Scenario 2 Ganondorf with 56.64% On the flipside, the opposite of everything that I said above could be true. Vincent could have very well overperformed on Crono due to rSFF from FFVII's popularity combined with the recent link of Advent Children. Samus could have possible SFF'd Ganondorf so we have no idea where he stands last year, but assuming that his ratio with Bowser is the same as during the Villain Contest than he's actually on close to some members of the Noble Nine, meaning that he could have beaten Vincent sizably back in 2005. Great, the first match this contest where I wanna stop and pause for
who I want to vote for. I'll probably vote Ganon (though I have Vincent
winning), but considering I like them both and bracket-voting could
help in a close match like this, I dunno yet. Still...probably Ganon (HM's rejoicing, I figure). --- Z1mZum performed a hit and run on me in the Guru Contest. It still hurts to be rear-ended like that..... |

Sonic with 93.24% of the brackets!! as for tonight's match - i fully expect Ganondorf to take the board/bracket vote and hold a 55% lead at the freeze, followed by massive joygasms by Heroic Mario; until Vincent pulls almost even at the 5 minute mark and takes the lead by the 10/15 minute mark . then Vincent cruises to a 54/55% victory and HM joins the Vincent > Sonic bandwagon!! --- This is cyko posting from a friend's house!!! >_> |

I wouldn't expect some of the beginning trends these characters have to hold up exactly like last year. The poll takes place much sooner this year, making the initial vote much larger, and the night vote is heavily extended beyond what it normally is. Basically, I expect Vincent to do well during the night and Ganon to do well during the day. If Ganon can't beat Vincent, Vincent can't beat Sonic(no logic here). That's just silly. Vincent is only expected to beat Ganon with 52.75% last year, and that's assuming the stats are accurate, which you most definitely shouldn't. Any Samus/Ganon SFF, and Mario/Samus rSFF (I still don't know how people don't believe it!), and you have to say 55% for Vincent makes him a contender for the male bracket. Hell Crono is projected to beat Ganon with only 57.75% or so, and that once again is an underrated Ganon. 55% on him would blow my mind. --- Portugal. The Man Cheer Up Emo Kids |

I'm thinking if the winner gets 53% or more, we should at least worry
about Sonic's chances. If the winner gets 56% or more, I think the
