I'm liking this match. It shows that KH2 likely boosted Riku and Yoshi still has a very realistic shot against Danta TuRtLe ~~~ I used my brain and statistics to make my bracket. Karma Hunter used MGS fanboyism. KH won. Commit it to memory. |

Zelda looked mighty damn impressive against Vivi, too. Yet even with
one of the biggest picture advantages against Snake we've seen -- and
seeing as how it's Snake we're talking about, that's notable -- she
still lost hard. I'd expect Zelda to be a bit overrated in 2005 before
anything else. You're greatly overexaggerating the extent of that picture. Zelda had an advantage, yes, but Snake is not going to perform any better with a different picture. I hope you really don't think she was overrated in 2005 because that's just really, really silly. But that example was a rather bad one -- Aeris is not Snake, not even close. Zelda putting up 45% on Snake after impressing against Vivi isn't a knock against her at all. Putting up impressive numbers -- both percentage and individual votes -- certainly isn't making Zelda look at a disadvantage. Remember, Aeris got, what, a 2% boost from KH1 when it was a Square shift? I would expect her not even to gain that from her role in KH2, which was strikingly similar to KH1 -- and this is no voter shift. She'd need another boost for me to give her a clear edge against Aeris, and blowing out Carmen Sandiego ain't exactly going to fill me with dread. We all know that ZELDA is a good vote draw anyway. I'm expecting her to get another boost -- but it's not like she'll need it. There is just the feeling that Zelda is going to be a bit stronger this year than she was last year. Perhaps it's Zelda winning the contest and the Wii becoming the most anticipated thing ever here, but something is just making that feeling be there. I'll repost this since it was right at the end of the last topic... Possibly SFF'd Isaac is at 18.72%, and CoM is somewhat more popular than Golden Sun. How strong would Axel be with just Chain of Memories? Axel > Isaac Pre-KH2 Axel? Good stuff. That would mean that Axel, a GBA only character, got a 3-4% boost from KH2. --- Pity for the guilty is treason to the innocent. |

I think DoC is going to have a noticable effect on Vincent. Quality of
