I wouldn't mind seeing a Dark Prince pic just once myself. Definitely
not for a Round 1 match, but for sometime. I really hope he proves
himself worthy of comin back next character battle. Heres to hoping he

Yeah, if anything the first thing I thought when I saw Gordon/Phoenix
was, "Phoenix isn't pointing, and Gordon got the same picture that he
did against Leon which also happens to coincidentally show the
Half-Life symbol..." I feel better about my GF pick than ever, though

After GISing, though...he deliberately didn't use the PW pointing
picture on purpose. It takes considerable work to find the shot he used
while the pointing picture shows up like twenty times on the first
page... As opposed to PoP who likely just had the first picture Ceej saw taken... --- Commit it to memory. |

Wow. Zero's picture couldn't have been worse for this round. Ussually characters face forward in their matches... Go Gordon, nice pic advantage. Kratos and PoP look like crap, as does Riku. Soma looks awesome, Alucard does not. Tingle looks like dingle(lol), Sub-zero looks like a terrorist, Luigi looks quite fruity(;_;), and as always, we get a terrific match featuring Meg Ryan. I still don't get why people are complaining about Phoenix's pic. He
looks recognizable to anyone who's at least heard of his game, and he's

| Phoenix already looks like he's doing a good job
of taking up his alotted space. In order for him to point, they would
have to shrink him down quite a bit to fit him. Either that or make the
vertical and horizontal dimensions out of proportion making it look

and not because people actually like the character or the game. Well...yeah, that's been one of the main arguments for PW's side. That his fad is like a mini-AYB...thing is, I'd take Gordon to beat CATS himself, a mini-AYB ain't gonna cut it... And I'd like to see Samus with a non-suit picture against some tested competition, just for the slight chance that something might go screwy. Maybe for Samus/Rikku (ooh! uber hotness lol <_<) --- Commit it to memory. |

of the thing. I could care less about my bracket at this point. It's not the principal of anything, people are crying because they don't have the exact picture of the character they want. Snake/Soma: No melting Snake! Yay! Soma looks decent too. Squall/Tidus: Squall's pic is too dark, and Tidus' pic makes me want to gauge my eyes out with a butter knife. Riku/Yoshi: Riku looks like he has alien eyes, and Yoshi's pic is mundane. Dante/Ryu H.: VERY badass, especially Ryu Hayabusa! Now why couldn't he have had that pic when he battled Sora? Sora/Tingle: Sora's is good, and Tingle continues to give me nightmares. Phoenix/Gordon: Judging from that pic, it looks like Phoenix has already won! Phoenix looks confident and Gordon looks like the loser he is. Kratos/Ryu: These two look like they're ready to kill each other. Mega Man/Axel: GOD I hate that pic of MM, and Axel looks like one of those pro ice-skaters. Sonic/CATS: Typical Sonic, lol CATS Ganon/Vincent: Very generic for two tough characters such as themselves. Kirby/The Prince: A cataclysmic battle of good vs. evil! Cute and cuddly vs. rough and rugged! Luigi/Zero: FRUITYLICIOUS!!! Crono/Falcon: Red vs. Blue Bowser/Leon: Bowser looks deformed, and Leon...just scares me.
