Before the match started I thought it might, but now I doubt it.
Ada/Jade was barely below 100k, and Peach/Daisy is currently 1200 or

I'm actually a bit surprised that over 15% of people prefer a crappy
peach clone over peach... That's like preferring waliugi over luigi.

nah, you can't do that.. I mean, do that with Ganon and Bowser and see what the results are like. I learned this the hard way. People really think Daisy would win? I mean, everyone knows Carmen
Sandiego...I can't see Daisy walk away from that one. Just the fact
that they know about Carmen would be enough to trump Daisy in most
instances. I mean, I wouldn't take Waluigi or Toadette over Carmen...she actually shouldn't be *that* bad when all is said and done. --- Commit it to memory. |

I'd take Carmen Sandiego for sure. Daisy seems like a character you'd
only know if you followed every move Nintendo made. Of the newer games
she's only in games such as Mario Tennis and other sports titles

This is really the most pointless match of the contest. Two character
nobody cares about, SFF. And we learn nothing about Peach's strength
(or lack of). I'm expecting Jill to beat Peach, but after having a closed account because of Jill and a usermape axe because of Claire. I've learned not to rely on Resi characters in close games. >_< --- Smurf. The Cream of Knuckles Fanboyism. |

Let's see...Based on Jill 2004, Sheena falls at 16.81% on BL, a small
bit below Lloyd. Based on Hayabusa 2005 (tentative ground, I know),
Sheena falls at 18.04% on BL, between Geno and Jin Kazama. Either way, not much range, and I'd say either makes sense. Jill should be around her 2004 area, I'd guess. Just depends on what Peach has, I guess. --- "...And then they made me their chief." - Captain Jack Sparrow |

Gun to my head, I'd say that Peach is close to Wario. Which put Jill at about 54% on her. Factor in the DS boost from last year and Jill and Peach are probably dead even. --- My World is still Smurf! |

MY PREDICTIONS ARE OBVIOUSLY SUPERIOR DUE TO A PERFECT ORACLE NOW, LISTEN TO MY AWESOME Vincent will beat Ganon. Vincent stands almost no chance against Sonic, and Sonic should ALMOST equal Crono's performance on him last year. Anybody think Zelda might SFF Carmen Sandiego? Carmen's kinda like
Pac-Man, maybe, and you know how Pac-Man is with Nintendo
characters...plus, they're both characters you might say would rely on

Certainly no worse than what Pac-Man might suffer, and I think it would
be very little myself. She seems to have more appeal than Pac-Man
though certainly less iconic status, which is what Pac-Man relies on. I
would think Carmen could hold her own somewhat decently, actually. --- Damn, most of my dates involve mocking and/or beating up people like you and your bride-to-be, so I really have no advice --Horatio |

I think the idea is that Mario and link will steal Samus' votes in the
battle royale since there will be a split in the nintendo fanbase vote,

Speaking of which, Ceej needs to put that match picture up so we can have something
to talk about. This has got to be one of the most boring matches in
contest history: A match between two characters we've never seen before
(the latter of which will probably never be seen again) loaded with SFF
that's supposed to lead into a big match. As it is, we can draw no
conclusions about it at all, and the percentage has stayed within the
same range the entire time. Basically, this match was a waste of time, and could have been used to set up more interesting SFF-type matches, like Tifa/Aeris. --- "...And then they made me their chief." - Captain Jack Sparrow |
