Nidoran F beats everyone that isn't recognizable thanks to being from
Pokemon. It's like a much weaker version of Pac-Man. However, put it up
against, like...Epona, and it flounders. --- Commit it to memory. |

Nidoran F VS Jade? Nidoran F without too much trouble. Unfortunately, it could probably beat a large number of characters simply because it comes from something as well known as Pokemon. --- ...a lone figure shining in the toxic shadows. She comes dressed for war, and her wrath is terrible. |

Epona >> Nidoran F, bay-bee. Let's just go back to Epona, since we had talked about it before: now that we've seen how Nidoran F can do, where would you place Epona stat-wise? Keep in mind that in Samus's worst-case scenario -- that she needs NO adjustments from last year and has gained no new strength since then -- Nidoran F lands at 11.56%. If Samus 2k4 = Samus 2k5/6, Nidoran F lands at 14.34%... ...and considering LoZ >>> Pokemon and being a specific common "partner" would probably help it be more respected than being one of hundreds of various generic reoccuring Pokemon, then depending on where you think Samus is, Epona has practically every right to be stronger than Nidoran F. --- Z1mZum performed a hit and run on me in the Guru Contest. Epona, and I'm not sure why this match would ever be debated. Vyse
isn't known by 50% of GameFAQs, not even close. The only reason he ever
won is because he faced someone more fodderific than him. He can still
be at the level he was at 2k3/2k4, he'll still get stomped (note: this
does not mean Epona would necessarily be at that level). --- Commit it to memory. |

I really needed Ada to look impressive in thismatch, maybe I put a
little to much faith in the Resi girls (Ada > Jade, Claire >

Oh, and check out the second poll today too guys. Not bad on Wii's
behalf, again; right now, it adds up to almost two-thirds of the site

Unlike Claire, Ada has actually been in the most popular game in the series. Why does everyone say RE4 > RE2 all of a sudden? Just because of recency? Because it's on the GCN? Ada being stronger than Claire is debatable? One is in RE4. The other is not. Where's the issue here? You could use the same argument to say that Cait Sith > Tidus... Regardless, you can't judge anything off of fodder. Just as RE vs. SH meant nothing, Samus vs. Nidoran F and today's match mean nothing. Code Veronica bombed like hell, didn't it? Not really. It certainly performed better than RE3, and RE3 was a great success too. CV was actually the best reviewed RE game, back when it came out. 4 brought in a lot of new people to the series. It was my first RE... after seeing it called the Game of the Year so much, I got it. While that got me into the rest of the series now too, I could see there being a lot of people who are only familiar with 4. If it brought in so many new people, why were its sales so disappointing? --- Pity for the guilty is treason to the innocent. |

Nidoran F would double Jade. Samus is gonna wipe the floor with Ada, and Jade's going to be one of lowest-ranked characters in contest history. On the bright side, I'd pick her over Tanner. I think Jade/Aiai would be a tough match, though. --- I am back for the 76th or so time. |

Wow. Even if this match was Leon Kennedy vs. Jade, that would already make Jade look like some uber fodder. This is... well. Ok. I guess Ada Wong might do better on Jade than Leon would. Yeah, Jade vs Yuri would be a toughy because they're both complete
unknowns. I definitely see Aiai beating both just by being a little

Must have missed the numerous Game of the Year awards, critic praise,
and the fact that a recent game like that almost cracked the GameFAQs

RE4 is an action game with a few RE characters thrown in and the
"Resident Evil" title slapped on the cover to help it sell. It may be a
good action game, but it's a terrible Resident Evil game. I just don't think the game deserves the praise it gets. I'm not trying to start an argument here, it just pisses me off that I waited all those years for RE4 and it ended up being nothing like what it could have been. --- My name says it all. |

I was expecting Jade to be around 12% on BL and Ada Wong around 20% on BL...I guess I wasn't too horribly off on either here. Nidoran F's performance will not phase me...Carmen won't manage 15/16% on BL like Nidoran did. I'll take Jade over AiAi. I don't think AiAi could get close to 25% on Ada Wong, but more like 20% sounds right...just a feeling here. Besides that, I think Ada is at least at the fodder line, bringing Jade above AiAi in x-stats. Tom Nook vs. Jade? Hrm...close one, but I'll take Jade, barely, even if Tom Nook might be higher in x-stats by a little. --- "Ah, a party! We haven't had one of those. It could be fun! So...what is a party?" More people like RE4 because it's an extremely good action game, while
RE2 is an extremely good survival horror game. A large amount of gamers

I'd take Tom Nook over Jade without having to think about it much.
Animal Crossing is pretty well known: at least much moreso than
BG&E. Jade might come off better in the x-stats, but....Eh. Animal

Assuming Ada = Jill = Hayabusa 2k5 (a lil' generous, since I think he
was stronger in 2k5 than 2k4...but whatever), Jade is currently below

Nemesis was a VC-only character, so I'm already skeptical of where to place Sephiroth...but, I'll go by CN's site for this one. If Ada = Nemesis, Jade still lands between Manny and Yuri (I've got her at 9.63%). I'll go ahead and do Claire too, twice: If Ada = Claire 2k2, Jade's at 13.52%. Because 4 is the better game by about 9 miles. According to who? The non-Resident Evil fanbase, that's who. The core Resi fanbase still prefer RE2 to RE4, no doubt RE4 had more casual appeal, but RE2 has the biggest following of Resi fans around. Claire being stronger than Jill in 2K2 isn't some kind of crazy theory. RE2 >>> RE. I'd definitely say Rikku, not in the sense of being overrated, but in
