Well assuming Yuna would do better than Rikku on Ryu, Yuna > Chun Li is fairly simple.

Too bad Yuna wouldn't even come close to Rikku's percentage!

Do you think Yuna really got a 6% boost? That's preposterous, especially when she comes from a PS2 Square RPG!! Those aren't popular at all, and they only say her name like 5 trillion times!

Yuna getting a crazy boost from 2k3 to 2k5 (and remember, 2k3 was the year of Square) despite the fact that Ganondorf isn't even adjusted in the stats is one of those glaring things that make me suspect the 2k5 stats are inflated...

I'm hoping Rikku can do better on Samus than Ganon did. If only Square followed their plans and put Rikku in KH instead of Yuffie, and went through with their plans to make a Rikku game along with Yuna's FFX-2. That would have been the game to complete my life. ;_;

Rikku was in KH2, she just had a barely noticable roll - the FFX-2 girls appear as fairies in two tiny scenes.

A 6% boost would've put Yuna over Tidus...

A 2.5% boost is crazy? Say what? That's not even as big as Dante's DMC2 boost, and I'd expect Yuna to get a far bigger boost from FFX-2 than Dante would from DMC2.

I would entertain that... Yuna's just so bland to me.

Which is why I said after FFX-2, in which Yuna's not quite the worst character ever anymore. Plus, she's the main character, which is always nice.

It doesn't take a genius to see that Prince of Persia is going to be a total and utter flop. Firstly he's casual, secondly it took rallying to even get him in and thirdly his old skool base is on the pc, which is useless to the nes kids.

I'm fully expecting Kirby to reach 75% on him at least.

As for Chun Li/ Yuna. No chance of an upset. Yuna should hover around 50% there. Lara/Chun Li could be worth contesting. In 2002 and 2003 Lara was at level which would have been enough to challenge Chun Li. It remains to be seen if Legend can return her to that level.

This is the first time Lara has had a quality game behind her though. One can only wonder how popular Lara might have been 10 years ago.

Is it a stretch to say that she'd have been in the noble 9? She was certainly bigger on Ps1 than Snake.

I'm a fan of both PoP and Kirby games, but PoP is a better character overall. That and a Zero/PoP pic has potential to kick copious amounts of ass.

Kratos is projected to get 29% on Kirby... I'm thinking the 33-38% range for the match-up. If he actually managed to get 40% I'd totally mark out. Slightly stronger than Leon 2K5 = win.

I don't think my bracket has enough upsets It looks very cookie-cutter to me, and we know how those brackets always turn out. I'm thinking about putting in something random like Lara over Chun-Li to distiguish myself from everyone else.

That's absolutely ridiculous. Bowser's stronger than Leon to start with, and NSMB wasn't nearly as big a deal for Bowser as RE4 PS2/GCGH was for Leon.
