Auron crushed Scorpion even worse (granted, he dropped after that)
and pretty much only managed 46% against Ganondorf. Which through

Nothing's gonna convince me he jumped 20 spots in 2k5. Granted, that was Sonic's worst year. And that affects him relative to Aeris...how? Not so sure about that just yet. At least not by THAT much if she is stronger. You're not sure that Zero will double Luigi either. Excuse me while I lol. 2004 was Snake's worst year and that picture could have had an effect, but nonetheless, it IS 2004.. And? People don't suddenly have massive changes from year to year. Every time we've thought so, mitigating circumstances have been discovered. Snake was as strong as ever in 2k4, he just had a few odd matches. Wow, resorting to sexual preference insults. How mature. Maybe, just maybe Luigi gained last year, and was possibly underrated for a while. Maybe, just maybe, Magus actually did beat Link in 2k3, and the Patriots erased all our memories to make us think he didn't. And what's wrong with Squall? I'd easily take him over Zero. He did worse against Snake than Sora did. And you think he can beat Zero? You must be joking. Um, Nintendo boost? Um, yes? And? What about it? Zero couldn't double Ryu Hayabusa, who beat Jill by 27 votes, who was projected to barely beat Luigi in 2003. There's a big difference between Ninjabusa and Arabusa. Prince of Busa is even worse. If the Nintendo boost has affected Luigi at all Which it didn't. Zero won't be doubling him. Which he will. --- Pity for the guilty is treason to the innocent. |

Well... Luigi is fodder by Nintendo standards, but I imagine he's
several tiers above characters like Vyse or Laharl, who pretty much get

KOS-MOS clearly overperformed in 2k3. Just look at the massive drop Crash took next year, despite facing a vastly overrated Master Chief. And considering Ryu's massive 2k5 drop, it's clear that KOS was overrated in 2k4 as well. Doubling fodder is hardly an impressive feat; even Ryo Hazuki got a doubling once. Well... If you get 46.64 on a character that got 43.6 on another character,
it's pretty clear that you will get around 40% on that character,
barring any anamalies. That's what people who have Luigi over Zero say, and we all know how good they are with "statistics". --- Pity for the guilty is treason to the innocent. |

Not sure if Lopen's post is serious or not, but eh. Sheena > Jill Valentine & Peach. XD Kratos is approximately Ness' strength. Kratos is much more prominent in the storyline of ToS than Sheena, and is more popular among the ToS fanbase. Jill Valentine would already, like, double Ness. Not happening. Riku > Yoshi! I considered this for a few seconds, but then realized how I had to remind myself who Riku was every time I saw his name. To me, he's just that guy with silver hair who you meet sometimes. Advantage: Yoshi. Master Chief > Auron! After Halo's disappointment in the series contest? No way, Jose. The Halo 2 hype has long worn off, while FFX remains extremely popular on the site. BTW: SquareFAQs, RPGFAQs. kthx. Dante > Snake!? X. D. DMC3: Special Edition vs. MGS3: Subsistence. Hmm. Top 100: Metal Gear Solid #8, Devil May Cry...well, a lot lower.
