If Ganon loses to Vincent I think I'm going to be forced to
slaughter HM's family. The only thing I hate about having him win the
whole male bracket is that if he goes down 1st round I can kiss my
bracket goodbyeeeeee. Think about what happens when Ganon wins the whole male brakcet though. You get to place second or third after me. ;) And this Vincent nonsense will disappear on the 14th. And if Pac-Man is Nintendo, the even stronger Ms. Pac-Man is surely Nintendo as well! Mega Man made her look even worse than Pac-Man, which is quite a feat. I'll ask again for those who say Crono won't be SFF'd by Cloud or
Sephiroth: since it's been seen several times that Cloud and Sephiroth
will be splitting votes in the Battle Royal, how come I see nobody
taking Crono to outlast Cloud or Sephiroth? Crono's not that far behind
them, and if they's split fairly even (or especially if Cloud or
Sephiroth has a decisive lead over the other one), then Crono should be
able to outlast one of them since he can resist SFF, supposedly... ...so where's that kind of support? --- Damn, most of my dates involve mocking and/or beating up people like you and your bride-to-be, so I really have no advice --Horatio |

TG: A) How won't they? We've seen two head-to-head matches between them that say they're pretty close to each other, and using Link as a common opponent last year only supports this. B) If they DON'T split votes and instead one has a decisive advantage over the other, that makes it even MORE likely for Crono to outlast one of them, assuming Crono can't be SFF'd like I've heard be said. --- Damn, most of my dates involve mocking and/or beating up people like you and your bride-to-be, so I really have no advice --Horatio |

Meh, I really have a hard time believing that Crono does well in a
6-way favorites poll including Cloud or Sephiroth, along with Mario and
Link. All of those should be getting more votes than Crono in such a

Well, personally I do think it's a possibility. But it seems a lot
safer to me to have the male winner in 5th, considering that even if it
did happen that way you'd still need a lot of guesswork to get the

cannot finish lower than 4th, since he would outlast Samus and one of
the two FF7 characters. The only guesswork is if Crono gets SFF'd or

You know, I was just going through Holy Excalibur's Board 8's Top 100
Characters site. I totally forgot that Samus actually got second place.
It seems like the board has totally turned on Samus after Samus/Mario
for some reason... I actually was going on the site to see how high

No guesswork necessary -- if you don't think Crono gets SFF'd, Crono
cannot finish lower than 4th, since he would outlast Samus and one of
the two FF7 characters. The only guesswork is if Crono gets SFF'd or
not. Not true. The total number of people who like either Cloud or Sephiroth as a favorite overall character can very well be double the amount of the people who have Crono as a favorite. Thinking about it, does it really sound that farfetched? Think about the amount of Sephiroth and Cloud fanboys that you see around the site. You know, I was just going through Holy Excalibur's Board 8's Top
100 Characters site. I totally forgot that Samus actually got second
place. It seems like the board has totally turned on Samus after
Samus/Mario for some reason... I actually was going on the site to see
how high Crono placed... I've stated many times how poor of a representation of Board 8's tastes that is. It's a fun little thing, but not much more. I mean, c'mon -- would you really think that Board 8's favorite character, lack of anti-votes in that format or not, is Cloud Strife? --- Commit it to memory. |
