Is it wrong to think that there'll be female SFF like, the stronger
character gets more % than they should because they're facing another

About the Battle Royale, I've got Cloud -> Sephiroth -> Link
-> Mario -> Male Winner -> Female Winner. A little bit of Hero

I'm not going to call Kairi/Claire a lock by any means, but comparing
Kairi to Ansem is completely ludicrous. Minor spoilers aside, you don't
see Ansem until the absolute tail end of the first Kindgom Hearts, and
he's nothing more than a pathetic excuse for a final boss and little
else. His character design in horrendous. He has NO appeal at all in
that game. He's seriously the Kingdom Hearts version of Necron. And he still broke 20% on Ganondorf, before Kingdom Hearts 2. I'd wager Ansem would do a percent or two higher on him if that match were held again. Kairi is a major NPC in both games. She's the focal point of the first game's story, more or less. And in 2, Kairi's needs no explanation. She went from teenybopper to bombshell, and was a lot more involved in terms of screen time and impact. What I'm saying is that people care about Kairi. No one gives two craps about Ansem. I like the two KH games almost as much as partystar does, and believe me when I say that we're a fanatical bunch. Kairi has fans. A lot of them. And so does Resident Evil, by the way. But with a nomination format in which people seriously struggled to think of more than one or two girls they actually liked, Claire managed a 7 seed. I don't think the RE fans care about her anymore, whereas the KH fans actually care about Kairi. This isn't a Street Fighter vs Resident Evil scenario in which RE4 will be able to bail RE out, either. Claire wasn't in RE4. Claire winning isn't a bad pick, but don't make it based on thinking the opponent has no fans. Kairi, an unplayable NPC got a 2 seed. And if Ceej is telling the truth about how he does seedings, then Kairi was in 8th place in terms of how many nomination she got among females. That's more than the leading Street Fighter rep, more than both FF6 reps, more than the leading MGS rep, and most importantly more than BOTH RE reps. In matches where "no one cares" about either character, fan favorite voting along with bracket voting really matters. I seriously can't believe somebody like Ulti (who knows better) is trying to use nominations to justify any sort of pick. Did you totally miss where I say the match is difficult or what? I never said picking Kairi was safe. I said that the people who assume no one cares about her don't know what they're talking about. That's it. Bracket-wise, either pick is good. My real struggle is Vincent/Ganon. If Ganon is overrated at ALL, Vincent wins. Unless AC overrated Vincent. In which case Ganon wins. But English AC already came up, so Vincent is probably legit even if he DID overrate the Devil Division. And then there's what if any impact Dirge makes. But then there's lol ZeldaFAQs. XD, No one in the right mind reads the Ansem reports. =P I almost did, but I'm partially out of my mind. As far as "that match" goes, I don't know what I'm talking about anymore. I picked for a win-win scenario for me. If that match comes through for me, well, maybe I got a shot here. Actually, I'm still waiting for the "Knuckles > Magus so Sonic > Crono" explanations, if someone hadn't used that already, muhaha.
