I know it wont, but if TP is released before that match Zelda is going

So, with the Battle Royale...anybody think Sephiroth has a chance at
ousting Cloud? Just remember that this will act like a PotD...strange
things could happen. Also, Sephiroth is a villain and Cloud and Link
are the heroes, meaning Cloud and Link could split hero votes... And, I
don't think Cloud/Sephiroth SFF means Sephiroth must lose because we
all know Kefka would do relatively better than Crono in this sort of

Hm. This Wii launch ismessing with my head...I think I'm going to
change from Mega Man > Samus as my final to Samus winning, becuase
of Corruption...I wonder what would happen if CT or the classic Mega

(1)Sonic (8)CATS (4)Ganondorf (5)Vincent Valentine (3)Kirby (6)Prince of Persia (2)Luigi (7)Zero Comments: Ganon/Vincent in Round 1? Hot damn. The winner then gets Sonic? Ha Ha oh wow. Kirby/Luigi/Zero too is brutal. Best division in the bracket. (I called pre-Contest too that Sonic's division would be tough and stacked!) (1)Crono (8)Captain Falcon (4)Bowser (5)Leon Kennedy (3)Auron (6)Alucard (2)Master Chief (7)Sub Zero Comments: Bowser is wasted, Auron/Alucard may be interesting, and the winner/Chief should be fun to watch. Overall, much better than the female side. Snake, Mega, Sonic, Crono, and I'm guessing Crono > MM in the finals. Battle Royale: Interesting...Samus is probably going to be last, then Crono, then Mario or Seph takes 4th. Link beats Cloud in the end. Random prediction: once we hit the female side of the bracket, every
other day we'll all be shocked at the results. "OMG how can this be so
close?! How can she be winning by so muuuuuch?!" Also, I think the x-stats will be rather messed up in the female division. Remember Samus/Lara Croft? I doubt Lara was (or is) that weak. Man, some of these newbs on the board are unreal. I've seen people
believing that Samus has won a contest before, that FF6 characters are

And... the bracket is up, and I'm now eligible for prizes. Kingdom Hearts 2 has sure brought in a lot of support bringing in 4 characters and Resident Evil also brought in 3. As for characters that have been in every contest the number has dropped to 17 from 20, Donkey Kong, Knuckles and Pac-Man didn't make it. 15/32 Females have appeared in a contest before (Samus, Rikku, Claire, Tifa, Jill, Zelda, Terra, Kerrigan, KOS-MOS, Aeris, Yuna, Joanna Dark, Chun Li, Kasumi and Lara Croft) though Morrigan didn't make it. We have a potenial Snake/Squall rematch in round 2, Freeman finally gets a win and we got Ganondorf/Vincent, but it is in the wrong division. As for tough matches we have Kairi/Claire, The Boss/Celse, Squall/Tidus, Ganondorf/Vincent, Luigi/Zero, Peach/Jill, Dante/Yoshi, Luigi/Zero/Kirby, Master Chief/Auron and Zelda/Aeris. Since Slowflake isn't here, anybody have plans to take over the BOP? I don't think anyone answered, but this thing really should keep going. I've been following it for a while and I always loved the idea. The problem is, I think I lack the ability to run such a big thing and the popularity to keep it big. The more I think, the more trouble I have with Riku/Yoshi. Even if Riku
didn't appear until the end of KH2, he did have a very major role that
definitely increased his likeability. Riku/Yoshi/Dante could be the

Why does everyone think Sonic>MegaMan now. It's not like Sonic's had
a great game since then (Sonic Rush was decent). I mean, MMZX could
concievably cancel out Sonic Rush+Crap (lol Sonic Riders and Shadow the

Okay, here were the matches I was unsure of. Kairi v. Claire Redfield The Boss v. Celes Chere Luigi v. Zero Master Chief v. Sub-Zero I went with my gut reaction on all of them, which means they're likely wrong. Kairi, Celes, Luigi, and Sub-Zero. --- Evacuate? In our moment of triumph? I think you overestimate their chances. |

Why is everyone upset about Vincent/Ganon going up against Sonic rather
than Snake? Snake wasn't behind Sonic by much at all last year, and I
would see that match as a toss-up this year. If you can see one of them taking out Snake then I don't see the problem with them taking out Sonic. --- Owned by Z1mZum in the Guru Contest. |
