| That's what I thought too, but I just remembered somebody on the
Four Pack of Fun board a while back saying Seifer would be comparable

I honestly believe that Seifer could have a shot at Tidus. And without
a doubt all those below him like Rikku, Kefka, Yuna, Auron, Kuja, Ramza

Remember how astounded we were that both Seifer and Seymour didn't get in the villain contest, and Sin made it? Yeah. I'd pick Seifer over every FF8 character short of Squall. FF10? That's tougher. I wouldn't be even 75% sure of SQUALL beating Auron, so that's out. Tidus? It'd be closer, but out as well. I'm 100% sure that Squall beats both Auron and Tidus, and that Seifer doesn't beat either. I'm still upset that Seifer somehow didn't make it into the Villains Contest. I hope he didn't get withheld because of that "rival" rule. He shouldn't have. Please tell me people weren't nominating Ultimecia instead. For whatever reason, I'm not even worried about Seifer over Kefka. Then again, I said the same thing for Kuja... Which is why I would be hesitant to take Seifer. After seeing how badly Kuja bombed, I'm not so quick to take any FF villain sans Sephiroth over Kefka. A Seifer/Kefka match would be a tough pick for me. On the one hand,
Keifer has KHII and a stronger protagonist. On the other hand, Kefka is

I'm on holiday (lol vacation) from the 12th - 26th. Hmm, it might start

The scary thing is that Kefka, without a shadow of a doubt the
strongest 2D FF character, is weak enough to lose to Vercetti, and his

Even though it's pronounced "Air-iss" either way, which makes me
wonder why people prefer "Aerith" when it's not even pronounced that

Considering how Kefka looks like a clown and FF didn't become
popular in the mainstream until FF7: I'm not surprised. Not to mention
that aside from FF fans, people rarely talk about him. Maybe, but even in a straight-up (as in, not single elimination) format FF6 still landed a top 10 position.
