Yep, which I don't buy. Still though, Magus would likely win since DK is every bit as over-rated as Magus..... --- Z1mZum performed a hit and run on me in the Guru Contest. It still hurts to be rear-ended like that..... |

Actually, I don't think so. Adjusting for Crono/Vincent, we have Magus = DK. Now, look at what the two did against Sam Fisher. Sam had two games in the meantime, which can easily account for the difference between the two. Now, if DK's overrated, that difference is nulled pretty quickly... and I refuse to believe Fisher did absolutely nothing with those two games. Actually, my entire point is that MC/Crono is actually legit by proof through Fisher. So...erratic Master Chief is more reliable than Vincent? Excuse me while I laugh thinking Donkey Kong is in the same league as Ryu, Auron, and Luigi, and thinking DK beats Vivi with 55.13% now. Donkey Kong getting a 7% boost? I have DK going up from the 24s to the 28s, myself. So not really,
since he had the same starting point as Luigi and is coming up short

Just using this as a random example, but I'm really not fond of of
how Master Chief/Crono isn't viewed as legit. Why wouldn't it be? *looks at what it does for DK and CATS* Sorry, ain't buying CATS at the fodder line and saying he beats some of the characters he's above. Not to mention, that's a 3% boost for him from the Villains Contest. Oh, and before we mention Luigi's and Kirby's huge boosts, keep in mind that I think SC2K5 is the true Squall (sorry, Link not SFFing Samus makes no sense. Unadjusted: Magus with 52.41% Adjusted: Donkey Kong with 52.37% Back in 2005 I showed that Master Chief may not be that overrated by going with Sam Fisher (he's only about 2% overrated, but that could've been because Fisher has had a new game). --- "I was trying to escape. So you're basically saying that Link never SFF'd Samus, Kirby beats Squall and Luigi comes really close, and that Tifa is stronger than Vincent despite doing 2% worse against an opponent who is 2% weaker than Crono? Vincent was facing CRONO. rSFF related to the leak makes sense to me -

DK beating Magus? Are you ****ing kidding, or did you forget that Magus
beat Ganondorf? There's no way that DK comes anywhere close to
Ganondorf. Of course, I'd take Ganondorf in a rematch, but there's no

Link did the same... and ironically, neither had a significant shift
in power the next year, the one where all other Nintendo characters
increased. Link had reason to explode. Samus had none. She did in 2003, however, and the stats don't reflect that. And perhaps the reason why we didn't see MOST of the Nintendo characters boost in 2004 is...an SFF loaded bracket! Seeing some of this makes me want to stab something. Tifa above Vincent? That entire Vincent adjustment is just stupid. You people are overrating the hell out of that Advent Children leak. If it had such a profound prominence on a leak, then you people had better be expecting huge things now that the actual movie is out and sold well over a million copies in America. That beats the hell out of the leak. And there is no way you can possibly justify that Vincent went on to rSFF Crono. If FFVII has that kind of SFF power, Chrono Trigger has an extremely legitimate claim to being the second strongest game at this site. He got 54% on Auron. That's a decent start, since I see Auron as being a good cut above Magus. Well, I'm gone for the night. Just an observation, though: if you expect consistency from anyone, not just me, but ANYONE after 380 contest matches, you're nuts.
